Been going here for 15 years and the service has been so terrible over the past year I'm done with the place. At first I thought it was the employees who were incompetent but now I realize it's the manager since every new bunch of employees are poorly trained. This place always seems to be out of staple items on the menu since every week not enough inventory is ordered. I guess they believe it's better to run out before the weeks up instead of having enough. The help on week day mornings have there act together and are very nice but on the weekends the employees have zero motivation and training.

Employees simply show no respect toward walk-in customers. I'm the only customer in the shop, there must be at least 5 employees whom are completely engrossed with drive up customers.

I don’t understand how a Dunkin’ Donuts that is open until 8 or 9 pm is out of snackin’ bacon before 11:30am. Had to go to another Dunkin’ Donuts in Falmouth and the lady said it takes 2 minutes to make some more bacon. You guys are open for at LEAST another 8 hours and you’re done serving snackin bacon at 11:30am? Come on guys step it up.

To start out with, the store had about 7 or 8 employees with most just standing around or talking amongst themselves. Then, they forgot the munchkins part of my order so I had to wait staring at them until someone finally asked if I needed anything else. Then when I got to the car, my wife informed me they messed up both the munchkins and my sandwich. The munchkins were supposed to be glazed and chocolate glazed but we received a variety. Also, the sandwich was a sweet pepper on a croissant with white cheddar but they gave me it on an English muffin with American. When I went in to fix the sandwich they said they only had multigrain, sesame or everything bagels. Nothing else. I believe it’s not right to swap a sandwich on a customer without informing them just because the restaurant is “out” of food. I found this Dunkin’ Donuts to be less than pleasurable.
