“We arrived for the ferry via the SSA shuttle bus, but our planned ferry was cancelled. With time to kill before the next ferry, and with breakfast on our minds, we wandered over to Coffee Obsession…actually a very short stroll from the ferry dock. Hot chai tea lattes partnered with breakfast sandwiches…bacon, egg, and cheese on everything bagels. These tasty sandwiches featured ample amounts of bacon, with the egg pretty much “over medium”. These were enjoyed on the covered porch. Service was friendly and attentive to detail, while prices were, in view of the quality, reasonable.“
“Outstanding French bakery on Main Street in Falmouth. Plan on waiting in line to get your goodies but the food is well worth the wait. The sandwiches, breads, desserts, and pastries are all top notch. It is easy to say what is good there - everything! They don't have indoor seating since Covid but there is a nice little area across the street with some benches to sit and enjoy your food.“
“These pies are outstanding. We ordered the apple pie and the pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving. We were able to place the order up in advance. The staff was friendly, fun and answered all my questions . We picked up the pies at the appointed time and had them for Thanksgiving. They were absolutely DELICIOUS. In fact the pumpkin pie may have been one of the best pies I've ever tasted. Silky, smooth and spiced just right . I have tried their other pies before, chocolate pie, chicken pot pie and their quiche. I've never had an issue with the quality or the service at this wonderful establishment in Falmouth.“
“It's been a while since I have been to Mary Ellen's, but the one thing that stands out to me every time I went here was the breakfast sandwich with linguica on it. It's not your traditional breakfast sausage, but the flavor just makes me melt each time I take a bit. Don't judge me. I have also enjoyed their omelettes, their freshly made pancakes, handout grilled home fries and their Portuguese grilled muffin (some of us Mainers call it an English muffin) and blueberry muffins. Everything is scratch made here and you would need several days to enjoy everything they have to offer. Check them out if you are in the area!“

“I went in there last night with my daughter and grand daughter not expecting to order anything until I saw this amazing looking coffee and Oreo ice cream. It was a delicious as it looked. The owner, Elio, came in and we chatted about the shop and he handed me a loaf of olive bread by Madison Villatte, which was perfect. Excellent place with lovely owner.“
“The service was fantastic. I do not remember the lady's name that helped us but she was great! She was working the cashier and was very helpful and a kind human being. One of the girls on the team left their grilled cheese there and someone from pie in the sky brought the grilled cheese to the boat we were on and gave It to us. Thank you so much for helping us and the food was delicious!“
“Hands down the BEST cupcakes I have ever had. Every time I visit the Cape, I have to make a trip to the Mashpee commons for my fix! So moist, so decedent, so delicious! My favorite is the “Hostess with the Mostess.” If anyone says they don’t like these cupcakes, they’re lying!“
“For the past two years, I got a cake/ cupcakes from the chocolate rose for my birthday. In both years there were no leftovers because everyone enjoyed the cake so much nothing was left. The cake is extremely fresh. Also, the service is amazing, everyone at the shop is very kind and helpful. The shop is also very pretty and clean. I love their morning pastries as well.“

I had no idea they were so health conscious, even with the beautiful sweets that they offer.They also offer a few gluten free brands that I’ve come to love since becoming gluten free. “Last summer I planned a 20 person trip to the Vineyard. Back Door put together boxed welcome gifts for each of the guests. Everyone loved the donuts. They also made us a birthday cake, which received rave reviews. It was so delicious, I didn't think about taking a photo until after we ate it. Highly recommend.“
“We had an incredible experience working with Lisa of Delicious Desserts! From our first phone call I knew we had to work with her no matter how the cake tasted (turned out to be delicious!). She was so friendly and interested in our wedding planning. She was also very accommodating when at the last minute we were unable to attend our initial cake tasting appt. Her home kitchen is perfectly decorated and she spent time with us showing pictures of previous cakes she has made and gave great recommendations. When deciding on cake flavors and tiers, we loved Lisa’s idea of having each slice be both chocolate and yellow cake. The raspberry cream filling and buttercream frosting were so good and even one guest asked if Lisa made our cake because she recognized the taste of the raspberry cream. Lisa and our florist coordinated to add beautiful flowers for the finishing touch on the cake. On the day of our wedding, we got to see Lisa again while we were taking formal photos and she was sweet enough to show us a picture of our cake on her phone since we couldn’t yet go into the reception space.
