clam strip roll was tasty but lonely. as a native coastal new englander I know for the $17 I paid there should have been fries and a drink included, like at any other waterfront shop (I eat a lot of clam rolls!). unfortunately for this price I only received a sandwich. clearly designed to fleece tourists, and I certainly will not return. could at least put fries with the sandwich. disappointed by the value.
My mom, who is currently in the Falmouth JML called the clam shack today to ask about their fried clams. She hasn't has them all summer due to her illness and she is 80 years old. She called and asked where their clams came from and if they were Ipswich clams the person on the phone got a manager on the phone and he said they are not Ipswich clams but they are just as good and are from Cape Cod.
