This place is hands down the best Greek restaurant I've ever been to. Everybody flocks to Estia on Main Street or to Mashpee Commons- those places are always packed and the food becomes mediocre when it gets busy. Limani’s staff is always super friendly and engaging. The restaurant isn't over-the-top fancy, but it is clean and spacious. I appreciate how they always give us some sort of a mystery bread basket with their rich olive oil to start. Whatever it may be, I am always pleasantly surprised with how delicious and fresh it is. My first time visiting, I had a meat skewer with the lemon potatoes. There was a lot of well-charred gyro, but I couldn’t enjoy the lemon potatoes, which were a bit too tough and sour. For another visit, we ordered some baked feta and a sampler of three different dips. Those were some of the best things I've ever tried in my life. The house made hummus is much higher quality than store bought. The pita bread always comes soft and warm. The feta dip we ordered has a delicious garlicky spice to it, and the baked feta came well-seasoned and super melty. The tzatziki is incredibly refreshing, and their eggplant dip is ok, except for the texture. Everything comes with a free side greek salad. The best entree I’ve tried has been the Caesar, which I couldn't even finish because the appetizers were a whole meal! There were lots of toppings, and the shaved gyro meat I added was sizzling and crispy. We’ve also done takeout, and they never skimp on their portions. In a nutshell, the food is excellent. I 100% recommend!

Terrible overpriced food.Ordered gyros and some other things for take out based on their online menu, just to discover that our bill was $11 more than expected. When questioned about the difference, I was told that they recently increased prices and didn't update their website yet. To which I replied that their menu on the website is a PDF and it takes a second to upload a new file - especially since their printed menus already had updated prices, so they clearly had the file. They agreed to refund me the difference, but made sure that I understand that they are doing it as a "curtesy" to me. Well, no, you are refunding me because YOUR website has these prices. Might want to read up on some laws before you open a restaurant. Pathetic.Pork in gyro was inedible, it was either prices of fat or connective tissue - couldn't chew through one bite.

Found the menu options were very large and all enticing We had a very good lunch. I had eaten octopus many times, but none as fresh and delicious as this appetizer. the prize does go to the Baklava. The best!

The inside is large, spacious and well designed. We sat outside even though a trifle chilly, and there is a lot of outdoor space. Our waiter was most enjoyable as an important part of the meal experience, and that was Jeff C. Thank you. Really good food, cocktails and wine list too. Loved the spanaki salad, taramasalata and of course the grilled octopus was superb. Recommend the white from Greece - Kechris. Get plenty of yummy pita bread. Lovely town, lovely location, lovely experience. Thank you

What a great place. Went for lunch and had the zucchini chips as an appetizer and they are so good with the Tzatziki sauce. We split the gigantic Horiatiki salad and actually used the Tzatziki sauce with it. Our great server did point out that the Horiatiki salad has no greens with it therefore no dressing. Service was super and we got to sit outside on a very nice day.

This was our favorite restaurant we visited in Falmouth. We were served hot bread and olive oil it was so tasty! The salads, octopus, and stuffed grape leaves was such a fantastic start. The rack of lamb, was a full rack and a great size. Our other meals were all delicious, such great flavors, spiced perfectly! We all highly recommend Estia and look forward returning on our next visit.

Hipster is the best way to describe the atmosphere. A great bar scene and lots of people watching on the sidewalk tables. Food? Sure they have the standards-Moussaka, Pastichio, homemade gyro meat. But for me, the Grilled Octopus was heaven on earth. voted the best octopus on Cape Cod! Try their excellent salads, too.

Limani has a cool bar in back of restaurant opened past 9pm. Most places close early. Bartender was kind attentive . Music was great!

Delicious Greek wrap sandwich with a side Greek salad that was incredibly reasonably priced. The owner came and spoke to us. He was an absolute delight. We will be back.

Had a wonderful dinner on 7/18. Food was delicious, staff was very attentive. Chef Dylan was spot on with the food. Had drinks afterwards in the bar and he was behind the bar and we had an enjoyable conversation. Strongly recommend this restaurant.

I had the Greek lamb burger with no bun, could have been alittle rarer and on my next visit I will make sure. Overall the service was fantastic, very attentive. My guest had the basic burger, with bun and she was pleased but the lemon herb roasted potatoes were on the dry side but still good. This restaurant is well appointed with outside dinning. Opted to dine inside because outside was an hour wait. They have a gem! Liked the bottle of chilled water and olive oil on the table to accommodate the artisan bread. Looking forward to my next vacation in Falmouth and returning...

My wife and I come down to Falmouth a couple times per year and we love Greek cuisine. There are two new Greek restaurants now in Falmouth so decided to try Limani because we could not get into Estia. We found the food very good but the grilled octopus was very underwhelming for the price. The amount served was far less than the picture on their website. For $28 there should be more than 4 small pieces of octopus and much less grilled pita bread. My wife had the Moussaka and I had the pistachio. Both were very good. The service was good and our server was very friendly. If the appetizer was more like what we expected, I would give this restaurant 4 stars. They are new so we hope they continue to improve.

Go to Estia instead. My $17 Caesar salad came without dressing. My boyfriend said that at least half the pork in his gyro was inedible. The red sauce orzo was overcooked and the sauce was cloyingly sweet. The butternut purses were soggy and lacking flavor. The dips were the highlight of the meal, yet somewhat disappointing. If you’re looking for a quality Greek dining experience in Falmouth go to Estia on Main Street.
