One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Ordered online via grub hub…pizza didn’t come in slotted time frame (50min - 1Hr) so I called to check status and was told it was on its way with the driver.
20 mins later…still no pizza. Call again and asked if they could call the driver to check in…was told the driver didn’t have a phone but if he came back they’d give me a call.

Waited 2 hours for my pizza in Falmouth after 3 phone calls…. It Came cold, they forgot my meatballs and I was charged for them. I called wanting my money back, which they gave and also took the half eaten pizza with them!
