No one was being greeted, it took over 10 min to get a hot tea. Tried to order ahead and their mobiles were off, then the inside was really dirty and no one was being friendly. Seemed like no one was in charge or they had all new people that were too overwhelmed to be there. Never had such a terrible experience at a Starbucks before.

I rarely write reviews, but this Starbucks deserves one. After waiting 15 minutes for a mobile order (just a black coffee), I politely asked a barista for an update. The main barista rudely interrupted, snapped at me, and didn’t even check for the drink. Orders placed after mine were already served so it was clearly missed and all she said was “in a minute.” After waiting another 5 minutes, I gave up and left.

I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt because they get pretty busy but even when I am the only customer in the store my drinks are made incorrect even after I politely ask for them to be remade. It’s just too expensive and the people working seem more concerned with talking to each other than making the drinks right.
We place our order on line. It takes 17 minutes to get there, 2 customers in the store on arrival and the order is not ready. Curious as to how the orders are prioritized.
Today same thing, but a little busier inside. I get there, 21 minutes, not ready. They hand me the coffee, get in the car, no cream. So I go back in and say this has no cream and the person points to the pitchers and says you can add it over there. What???? Is going on at this place??

Please don’t come to this Starbucks unless you have all the time in the world.. It’s complete chaos. I waited in the drive-through behind one vehicle and I was there for 20 minutes. They still messed up my order and gave me an iced mocha latte instead of a hot one. Please find a different coffee shop that won’t frustrate you. The Starbucks in Mashpee is only slightly better. Good luck
I stopped at this starbucks 3 days in a row. I get that it was a busy holiday weekend, but this place was a hot mess. Every day, my coffee tasted different. One day, they told me it would be a 25 min wait for 2 iced latte. I did a mobile order the next day, and the app told me it would be a 30 min wait. Luckily, I went there and only waited 10 min after a 15 min ride to get there. I go to Starbucks all over the place as I travel a lot. This was the worst one I've ever been to. I will say that the employee were nice and I don't think it's their fault that they were so disorganized

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a local Starbucks. The person who took my order at the drive thru was short, rude, and just seemed like she didn't want to be there. She rushed me and didn't even let me finish my order before trying to get me to move forward! Then she was rude at the pickup window!

Service was very good! While waiting for my coffee at the drive thru the server and I had a nice conversation! She was very personable and friendly! I wish I got her name. I would hire her if my business was here!

The location is a little homely building with only a drive-thru because there is no room for seating. I wanted to try the hickory smoked turkey jerky, which I've seen on the app, but the staff didn't even know what it was. Next I asked for string cheese, which they didn't have either, but many Starbucks locations don't have it either. So I settled for a KIND bar, my same old usual. The staff was patient, but after they took my order, the wait for the pickup window was long. I don't know who ordered the whole store, but I sat and waited really long for just an energy bar.
Kid-friendliness: Parents and guardians will have to keep toys and other entertainment for kids in the car. The drive-thru can be a long wait and they may be bored.

This location is small but a good one, the staff are super friendly, the only thing is that they close the drive thru or sometimes close early due to not having enough staff, which isn’t the baristas fault. They make my coffee amazing every time

I’ve never been to a more disorganized store in my life. Slow work environment, workers skipping over customers. I waited in line for 25 minutes and was never served my drink before having to leave out for work. Very disappointed
