I stop at this Starbucks almost every morning and the experience is always great. The baristas are super friendly and somehow remember my drink even when it’s packed. The store has a really comfy vibe, and my drinks come out great every time! It’s honestly the highlight of my morning routine.

I’m never usually in the Falmouth area, but I’m so glad I was today! This Starbucks has been one of the best experiences I’ve had at any location. The customer service was on point, my order was made quickly and accurately, and the store itself was super clean. You can definitely tell that the store manager, Brooklyn, takes real pride in her work. Great job running the store — the teamwork among the crew really shows. I’ll definitely stop by again next time I’m in the area!

I go to this Starbucks every day at least once, sometimes twice. I love all the young ladies who all get up way earlier in the morning than anyone want to and they are all always friendly and accommodating. Elsa, Enya, Gloria, Lea, Ali and Brooklyn and many more have made my day every day by starting it out going and seeing them. When Starbucks decided to introduce a new medium roast coffee and discontinued the dark roast that I've gotten for years all the girls took the time to make a a dark roast with their pour over method which is time consuming but they always did it with no complaints. I use the mobile app every day and with rare exceptions my coffee is always ready when I get there. I can't say enough about this store and its staff.

They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied, showing genuine care and professionalism throughout the entire experience. Worst Starbucks ever. You wait until the drive through for 20 minutes every time. You go inside because you hope it may be faster, nope, the staff is standing around not helping of communicating to each other. There is one guy making the coffees while the other two just watch. And they always have order ahead turned off because they obviously can’t handle it. Who ever manages this location should seriously consider “updating” the staff
