What a beautiful setting for a bar grill. The atmosphere and view were second to none. They had live entertainment and the place was packed. Food and drinks were flowing and the staff were enjoying themselves while handling their customers. The drinks were made well and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. This is one of the destinations you must take in while you are on the cape. I would highly recommend this for gatherings parties or a place to come unwind for the evening
Go for drinks and an appetizer. Outdoor seating is a must: the enormous deck overlooks the harbor, with multiple bars, pool tables, and cool beach vibe in the lower section.
Service is friendly but was slow on both of our visits, despite the restaurant being only 1/3 full... We found the food to be below par: $32 for a handful of anorexic fried clams was a dealbreaker. The chowder and fish & chips were ok.

We recently hosted our wedding weekend welcome party at the Boathouse and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, it exceeded our expectations in every way.
The event coordinator and bartenders went above and beyond for our group making sure everyone was well taken care of, and comfortable.
The location and view at the Boathouse was perfect for our party, and welcoming all our out of town guests to Falmouth.
