I only found 2 vegetarian options besides all the salads. Fajitas or tacos with no protein. But I want more protein. It would be easy for them to just have something frozen and microwave it. Like a burger. Service and food tasted good though.

To the two gentlemen standing behind the counter sipping on their coffee and observing your employees work and not helping out. True leadership comes from the Top down and my observation was that, both of you did exactly what I stated above…nothing.
The Bar Tender was great and the food was great but the atmosphere sucked.

Most of the 99's I've been to have good staff and friendly bartenders but the bartender that works during the day at the Fitchburg location (middle aged with long red hair) has absolutely no personality and actually comes across as rude. I won't go back there because of her.

99 isn’t what it was. The 9s was a place to get a good meal. Good news its usually very cool inside on a hot day. The beer taps are cold. The bar server was ok, efficiently not personable. The chicken sausage pasta was good. The atmosphere hasn’t changed in years, same pictures on wall. Someday it will be fun again, I hope.

Door dash screwed up (per usual) and didn't pickup all of my food. I ordered enough for 6 people and it was in two bags but the dasher only picked up one. I called the restaurant and the manager assured me either another dasher or a staff member would bring by the food. Fifteen minutes later, the manager showed up with my food and an apology. What crazy good service that is!! The food was great as well! Thank you!!
