“Our waitress was very pleasant and observant; offered refills, checked in with us often, and packed our extra food for us. The menu had a great selection and the food itself was hot and flavorful. The interior of the restaurant had a contemporary, clean, classic an artistic feel. Music was jazzy and classic as well and went great with the meal. Overall, great menu items and kind atmosphere!”

“Dropped by on a Saturday around 5 p.m. Was seated promptly and waited on immediately. Service was top notch. Food was good and flavorful and they had a nice selection of drinks-beer, mixed, etc. My only complaint if any was the portions could be bigger…but times are tough. Still worth a stop and will return if in town again.”

“Pammy’s Place catered the baby shower we had (we picked up the food). There are not enough positive adjectives to describe what a truly FANTASTIC job they did!! We had a waffle station (with lots of toppings), scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins and bagels (with cream cheese). I also had their salad with ranch and crispy chicken. We did have a few trays that we wanted to use and they had some. Everything looked and tasted wonderful. Plus the service….again not enough words ❤️❤️❤️”

“Just found this farmstand by chance. My daughter played in a soccer tournament at Game On in Fitchburg. We went in to grab a sandwich between games. It was amazing. We spent so much time looking at all the unique stuff they are selling. We loved it so much that we went back after the second game. We tasted and bought their balsamic vinegars and olive oils . I bought a couple of plants. It is a must visit if you are in the area of Fitchburg.”

Live music is tasteful and everything feels more elegant but the portions are filling but not too much. The food is fresh and tasteful. The staff is friendly and attentive. The building remodel compliments the hard work performed in the state of the art kitchen. Great for family gatherings, date night, or casual default”

“I have been a frequent visitor to my local gourmet in Hudson. Ever since my first visit I have been hooked. Their flavored iced coffee is the best I have ever had. The staff are always super helpful and pleasant. I even have out of town family members eager to visit when they come to town.”

“I previously visited this place back in April when they were still in soft opening phase and figuring out their hours.

Tonight I really wanted some phở and I was delighted to see their expanded hours.

This unassuming cafe looks like a standard breakfast joint you would find in any town, but it turns out this is a hidden jewel for Vietnamese cuisine.

Parking is easy. It is a large spacious lot, and the central division allows for about 18 vehicles.

Upon entering, you can see all of the Vietnamese influence combined with classic American diner aesthetic. It's pretty nice and welcoming, and the staff are also very friendly.

The seating is a little cramped, but I'm sure they need to use every inch they can during busy hours. I do have to complain that the really large depth couch-looking seats are very comfortable for sitting, but not great for large belly dudes like me who need to bend forward to reach the table.

Anyways, onto the food!

Tiramisu Milk Tea (with Tiramisu cake) ; my wife loves Tiramisu and she orders it anywhere she sees it. needless to say, she loves how indulgent this drink is

Mint Purple Lime Soda ; I love getting drinks that sound bizarre and this hit all the marks. minty lime soda was so oddly refreshing and the appearance was mesmerizing. I might get it again next time!

Coconut Matcha Cloud ; delicious and creamy! I love everything coconut and you're punched in the face with toasted coconut toppings, coconut juice inside, and coconut meat as a post-drink snack.

Beef Phở w/ garnishes ; the broth in this phở is AMAZING. it might actually be favourite among the two other places I've tried in Fitchburg/Leominster, and better than the FIVE places I've tried in Worcester. all of the meats and garnishes were delicious as well. unfortunately we were not a fan of the noodles - they're a bit too narrow for our liking and we did not enjoy that it seemed like most of them seemed like they were broken and required a spoon to eat.

Broken Rice w/ Pork ; I'm a little disappointed. Maybe the chef was having an off-day because this dish was better the last time I grabbed it a few months ago. The pork was tough and I needed a steak knife to cut through. And the rice was simply wrong - the grains were clearly whole grain instead of broken, and it was cooked way too soft and almost mushy. Other than that the flavors of the pork were still spot on, and the fish sauce and pickled carrots and radish were 100% authentic and delicious.

I'm sad I cannot give this place full stars and I wish them the best of luck since they definitely have the best phở broth in a 30 mile radius.”

Its a great chain, the food is good, its a great family place, have a bar if you like High top tables, or grab a booth if you want to chill with ur woman or man or the fam. They got a good menu, decent deserts, alcohol if you prefur, soda, milks, special drinks.
