Absolutely love the food here. The Birria Quesadilla is my absolute favorite. The owner and those working there are super nice and friendly! They’ve quickly become my husband and my favorite lunch and quick dinner spot!

Mike's Tacos Express is a favorite lunch and quick dinner spot. The Birria Quesadilla is a standout, and the birria tacos are so good they keep customers craving them. The steak taco is good, but the roasted pork taco is AMAZING—the best taco in Fitchburg so far. The Torta al pastor is fire. The owner and those working there are super nice, friendly, kind, and accommodating. One customer did not have high expectations for a food truck, but the flavors of everything blew their mind—beyond amazing. The wait isn’t bad, and everything is completely worth it. The prices are what you could expect, and the price is perfect. Service is quick, efficient, and always served with a smile and gratitude. Customers keep coming back.
