“Xochimilco has undergone a complete transformation. What was already great before is now fantastic.

The atmosphere is gorgeous—upscale yet cozy, the menu is full of solid staples, like cauliflower steak and chicken boursin, and the service is spectacular.

I walked in today expecting to get a burrito and ended up with a cauliflower steak that was so much better. I'm blown away by how much has changed since my last visit, and I hope for Xochimilco's continued success.

“i’m not sure if the main guy who serves here his name is actually Mike or if it’s a family pass down name but I will tell you he’s awesome. Always has a great attitude and his food is delicious. I will tell you I did not have high expectations for a food truck, but it blew my mind When I tasted the flavors of everything, it was beyond amazing, The wait isn’t bad And everything about this was completely worth it.“
