“So good! We stopped by here for a quick bite to eat before a hockey game. The food came out surprisingly fast. The owner took out r orders and was super nice. I got Jamaica juice and crispy pork belly tacos. They were SO good, the pork was perfect, no complaints. The hot sauce I got was also very nice. Would definitely come back here.“
“One of Worcester's gems. In the Tatnuck Square burb of Worcester's west end you'll find huge margaritas and authentic Mexican cuisine. You really can't beat this place. Their fried fish tacos are the stuff of legend and the Birria plate entre is heavenly. Go there, spend your money, and leave happy.“
“I've loved this place for takeout since it opened. Delicious food that reminded me of my time in Tucson. My partner is vegetarian and I recently discovered that they have a vegetarian and vegan menu which opens up options for us as a couple that a lot of Mexican places in town don't have. The owner is very friendly and clearly talented with food. There are only a couple of tables but it's a corner shop with views of Pleasant St. and Blessed Sacrament church.“
“I love this place. Always great for lunch or dinner! The staff are so nice, gbe food is delicious, the margs are amazing. I LOVE the warm bean dip brought to each table when you arrive. No other place does this! My mom was visiting from out of town and asked to go to this place cause of that!Their marg flights are so fun and the guacamole and so good. I am never disappointed coming here.“
“I been here many times and never been unhappy. The food is very delicious, I have tried multiple plates from the menu and all plates were very well done. Great customer service by a family own business. Will recommended this restaurant anytime for a dinner plate for does lazy days we don’t want to cook.“
“I had a great time at El Patrón Mexican Restaurant.!!!The staff was very professional !! My waiter’s name was Alex, he is a very hard working young man… he was very attentive at all times and very well spoken … I also had the privilege to meet one of the owners whom came to the table and spent some time with us… I will most definitely be going back!!!“
“The food was as good as it could of been suoer fresh just not as much flavor as an authentic Mexican restaurant but the staff was amazing kind and helpful my children had a great time had a problem with a cup woman at the register was more then happy to help this location has a very kind work staff and hard working ready to go once the door opens.“
“Very pleased with our lunch experience from the door to the table. Friendly and personable staff serving flavorful Mexican-inspired fusions. I am partial to their breakfast dishes like the chorizo hash and eggs. Apart from the more standard fare you would expect from a Central-American-themed restaurant staffed with mostly not Central-American people, there is a very safe kid's menu for your little picky eaters.Decent value; food is fresh and portions are either enough for a big meal or enough to bring a snack home as leftovers.Conveniently located on the 1st floor of a parking garage, Mezcal is also located within walking distance to major venues like Mechanics Hall and the DCU Center. So, get to your show eary and have a meal before curtains go up.I am not a big "go out and drink" person but reports indicate that their tequila-based drink selection was banging.Kid-friendliness: Surprisingly kid-friendly but a better crowd for kids earlier in the day.“
“Shrimp taco was delish, I loved the tortillas. Street corn was YUMMY prob my fave part,My husband got the seafood burrito and this muscles dish, he said it was bomb!Really happy with everything and the service was very kind. Felt like hanging with our neighbors. I had a bad day and this brightened it right up.Will definitely be back! ♥️?“
“Wonderful little place. We went on a Thursday at 5pm. There was no wait, and the service was great. Food came out within reasonable time. I read all the reviews and had some concerns, but I was pleasantly surprised. That said, the food was absolutely amazing, hand-made, fresh, authentic, and so, so delicious. Prices are low and you get a lot of food. I'll say it again, delicious amazing authentic fresh food in large portion, and the prices are amazing. We had the chips and salsa, totally fresh made so good.Pupusa, with cheese beans and pork, best I've ever had hands down.Cheese quesadilla, so much chees, and the tortilla was fresh and just so good.Fajitas, amazing! And the Bandejas Mixta, I was beside mysel. Everythingg was so amazing.I recommend this place, 100% everything is so good.“
“This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Worcester, hands down. I leave satisfied every time. Pricing is affordable and service is kind and fast. Everything on the menu is fresh, filled with flavor, and everything is made with care. My favorites are their house made salsas, guacamole, birria, & barbacoa plates for bigger meals or tacos for a lighter but just as satisfying meal.“

“Food is pretty good and prices aren't bad. As someone from the southwest it probably won't live up to the Mexican food from there but that doesn't mean it's bad. Service was fine but it did take longer than expected to receive my order.“
“Who TF rates this less than a 5 star? Yes they’re a chain but really? We’ve tried it all with Mexican food in the area and they do an amazing job. Two margs and I’m fn’ smashed. We had an amazing time. From one Bostonian to another ignore anything less than a 5 star here. They do it right. I’m happy and you will be too. Smashed and full. What else can you ask for? If you don’t think was good you just live in Ashland.“
“My recent experience at Taqueria Del Pueblo was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the vibrant atmosphere and the enticing aroma of freshly made tacos. The menu featured a wide variety of authentic Mexican dishes, with options to satisfy every palate. I opted for the street tacos, and they were phenomenal – packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned.“
“Saw a review on the Worcester eats group, figured we’d stop in and try it. I’m never going to another Mexican restaurant in the city of Worcester again. Hands down the absolute best Mexican style food I’ve ever had in my life. We got burrito bowls, birria tacos, street corn and tres leches cake. I’m in a coma typing this right now, absolutely incredible food. Keep it up folks!!!“
