“Two years ago I gave Moe's in Westboro five stars, fast forward to yesterday 7/23/2021 I can't even give them one star. What an experience. I hope the managers read the reviews. I don't know where to begin but will start with cleanliness, every table was dirty at about 2:30 in the afternoon. The tacos had about one tablespoon of meat, the whole food spread out looked messy and mostly empty. The burrito was not rolled correctly, the rice was hard and the wrap was stale. There were two workers both doing nothing instead of cleaning, sitting in a booth looking at their phones. The area with the salsa's half-empty and a mess. Also, tips should be up to the customer and sorry I left one. Lastly, the men's room was not clean, needless to say we won't be back.“

“I don't know anything about Taco Bell aside from this location, but they're running a tight ship here. Always greeted immediately at the drive through screen, and I'm back on the road just as quick. I've never had a complaint about the food quality, knowing it's fast food, but portions could use an extra bite for my fat self~“

Francesca was very accommodating and provided the same meal for no additional cost. She was very pleasant along with the other employees. The restaurant was also clean and inviting. “Just had lunch here for the first time while my car getting service next door. I was super hungry, so I got a shrimp taco, a carnitas taco, and an order of beans and rice. It was only about $15, and it was a ton of food. Very fresh and delicious. The staff were very friendly and my food was ready very quickly. Will be back!“
