“Disappointed with one of my favorite restaurants in Worcester. I ordered the lobster bisque. Brown in color with a very weird texture for a bisque. Looked like glue. The haddock with lobster newburg sauce was very disappointing too. The newburg sauce was not great. Plenty of lobster on both the bisque and in the haddock. Did not have the ritz crumbs.“

“Sabrosa Venezuela catered a last minute event for us. They worked with me to provide a variety of foods for different allergies and restrictions. They offered wonderful advice and the food? Oh my god, everyone raved about how amazing the food was (and it was!). I cannot recommend this place enough, they are incredible.“

“The food at Fatima's is absolutely delicious and very fresh. The owner is an amazing human being who is incredibly kind. My daughter loves a cake she makes, and Fatima was out of it on the day we were visiting the restaurant. I told the owner we would be back for cake on our next visit, when my daughter was home from college. The owner told me that there was no way my daughter was headed back to school without having her favorite cake. She made a special batch that morning, when she was not even open, in order for my daughter to enjoy it before she left. Both my daughter and I were in tears, we could not believe her incredible kindness. I hope this place succeeds greatly and is around for years to come! Fantastic service, incredible food, and kindness are a winning combination!“

“Everything was delicious++, I had the avocado salad and my wife and I split 4 rolls (spicy tuna, worcester, green dragon, and miyabi) - fantastic! Will definitely go back. We got there and right at opening time, plenty of open seats, though it a small place and could fill up easily - especially with the great food.“

We had a fantastic meal at Shiraz Persian Restaurant. We started with the Kashk-e Bademjan, and it was exceptional—rich, smoky eggplant paired with the tangy sharpness of kashk, fragrant mint oil, and sweet crispy onions on top. For the main, the Ghormeh Sabzi tasted like it came straight out of a traditional home kitchen. The herbs were slowly simmered to perfection, the meat was fall-apart tender, and the dried Persian lime added just the right amount of tanginess to cut through the richness. Paired with their fluffy basmati rice, it was pure comfort food. Highly recommend checking this spot out if you are in Worcester!“

“My husband, adult son, and I ate brunch at the Miss Worcester Diner yesterday, January 4th, for the first time. We were able to quickly get seats at the counter which provided us with front row seats to watch the short-order cook work his magic. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The menu is fantastic and the food...we all had the best French toast and homemade corned beef hash we've ever had. My son had the blueberry ricotta stuffed French toast. My husband had the King Kong French toast and I had the World Famous Crunchy French toast. We added two sides of homemade corned beef hash and one side of bacon. All. Of. It. Was. Ridiculously. Good. Including the coffee. If you feel nostalgic for a true old school diner experience, this is the place. This is an authentic Worcester Lunch Cart Mfg. Co. diner car with crazy stickers covering every square inch of exposed interior surfaces. An overall stellar experience! If you're in the Worcester area, DO NOT miss this place. “Exceptional in every way. Creative menu- both food and drink. The southern fried chicken was delicious. Bar service was too notch and the woman tending bar could not have been more attentive and pleasant. The food was out so fast I didn’t have time to admire the gorgeous woodwork that is the bar and shelving that frames it. Cozy, comfy, friendly and delicious. So good!“

I got the Super Shoyu with extra chashu and 1/2 egg. It was a comforting bowl. Noodles al dente. Broth light. They give you a pokemon card to collect punch stamps for a free bowl of ramen.“

“OMG! We just left a love fest of service and food! We loved the staff and chef, each so warm and accommodating! And it’s hard to know where to start with the food! The crème brûlée french toast was incredible, the bacon, smoky, and my chai was silky and had a perfect combo of spices. I had a spinach pie with a flaky pastry top, and others ordered a Brazilian couscous dish, a humongous omelete and a yummy veggie combo. Oh, and the smoothies? One Soursop and a mixed berry. On and on, but all to say we were very happy❣️“

We showed up with a party of seven and despite it being crowded and busy, the very kind older woman was willing to scrap together some chairs and tables for us to sit as a family. “I called as I was having an issue building my own bowl and a young gentleman was so helpful and took my order over the phone which didn't take long at all. When I went to pick up my food, he offered to show me how to place an order online and that meant a lot - Great Customer Service.

“The food is so warm, comforting, and made with such care. The atmosphere is always festive. Employees and customers are always in a happy mood. The drinks are tasty, refreshing and full of spirit. The chips and salsa are a great start, but be careful not to devour them and spoil the appetite you'll need to tackle your main dish! You'll walk out extremely satisfied because of the wonderful food you consumed. But, you'll also be pleasantly surprised because Pepe's is the best bang for your buck in Worcester. The staff went above and beyond — multiple people came by to thank us for coming, especially when they learned we had driven two hours to be there. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare and made the night extra special. Dinner started with warm homemade bread and oil for dipping. Scott had the braised short ribs, I had the steak tips with grilled veggies — both were absolutely delicious. We ended by sharing the most incredible strawberry shortcake with homemade grilled biscuits, lemon curd, strawberries, ice cream, and whipped cream (with a candle, of course!). 🍓✨ In a city with so many options, Joey’s was truly the best choice.
