“I remember Charlies from Plantation St, Worcester in the early sixties and the original father who ran the diner, Charlie was in his twenties then, it was a very popular place, now it's in Spencer and still popular !“

“Great variety of sushi options as well as other variety of Chinese/Asian inspired dishes. Great drinks. More of a bar atmosphere/dark. Great location/food/drinks. Service was a little on the slower side as they were currently hiring new staff. We didn't mind the wait. The gentlemen working was awesome!“

“Amazing food, great service and perfectly sized portions! Our favorite pizza spot in town by far!“

“We're lunchtime patrons so we come for the grinders, and they are truly the best. The turkey is meaty, not ultraprocessed, and the chicken is grilled to perfection. The sizes are generous and the service could not be friendlier -- we visit infrequently because we're not local, yet we're always greeted like old friends. One day we will finally sample the pizza, which looks and smells heavenly. It's very hard to leave without biting into one.“

“A+ dinner tonight! Highly recommended.“

It's places like this that take pride in what they are putting on. your plate keeps me coming back. Don't ever stop doing what you're doing! You are a hit in my book. Thanks for all the great lunches“

“The food is so warm, comforting, and made with such care. The atmosphere is always festive. Employees and customers are always in a happy mood. The drinks are tasty, refreshing and full of spirit. The chips and salsa are a great start, but be careful not to devour them and spoil the appetite you'll need to tackle your main dish! You'll walk out extremely satisfied because of the wonderful food you consumed. But, you'll also be pleasantly surprised because Pepe's is the best bang for your buck in Worcester. Highly recommended!!!“

“My husband and I stopped at the Sturbridge, MA location on our way to Newport, Rhode Island. Our server, Alix C., was awesome. She was thorough, detailed oriented. Alix came around several times to make sure we were taken care of. She was such a lovely young woman. A manager came around as well. Food was great and served in a timely manner.“

“We stopped for lunch on a Monday. There was plenty of parking, no wait to be seated. The restaurant was clean and inviting and the staff was efficient and friendly. We decided to get the lunch special which was salad and a personal size pizza. I considered it a good value for a sit down lunch. The salad was crisp and fresh as bd no water in the bottom of the bowl. It was one of t he better salads I've had when eating out. My only problem was the way the menu was unclear about which salads went with the special. I wanted a Chicago style pizza or deep dish but what I got was a thin crust pizza which I found to be drier than I would have liked. When I asked the server about why I didn't get the deep dish pizza she pointed to a sentence above the list of all the different pizzas that said Chicago was not available for the special. It would have been easier to spot if they had put that sentence on the section with the lunch specials, that's why I only gave 4 stars. I split my daughter's pizza with her and donated my dry pizza to a family that needed the food. Other than the pizza mix up it's was a good lunch spot.“

“we went on the training days. very good food and the servers were friendly“

“I need to update my D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches review.
I recently went to D'Angelo and asked the employee if they season their sandwiches. Apparently, D'Angelo doesn't add seasoning to certain sandwiches. That's why the steak and cheese sandwich that I mentioned in my previous review was so bland. I was told by the employee that you need to request seasoning when ordering a sandwich and be specific about what seasoning to add to your sandwich order. So I did and the steak and cheese sandwich that I ordered today was so much better. I really wanted to share with you what I discovered today because it's important to share this positive experience, it is well deserved! Thank you D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches in Auburn, Massachusetts for turning my negative experience into a a positive one!“
