“We went to the restaurant for the first time. The service was excellent along with the drinks. Enjoyed the food and would plan on returning except for one issue. There was a processing fee added to the bill. When I asked the waitress to explain this she stated that this is added when you use a credit card. Paying with cash will obviate this. There was no notice that the restaurant would add this fee and I thought that adding such a fee without notice is not legal. There are many restaurants that do not charge this exorbitant and inappropriate fee and we will dine there until this restaurant removes it.“

“My husband, adult son, and I ate brunch at the Miss Worcester Diner yesterday, January 4th, for the first time. We were able to quickly get seats at the counter which provided us with front row seats to watch the short-order cook work his magic. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The menu is fantastic and the food...we all had the best French toast and homemade corned beef hash we've ever had. My son had the blueberry ricotta stuffed French toast. My husband had the King Kong French toast and I had the World Famous Crunchy French toast. We added two sides of homemade corned beef hash and one side of bacon. All. Of. It. Was. Ridiculously. Good. Including the coffee. If you feel nostalgic for a true old school diner experience, this is the place. This is an authentic Worcester Lunch Cart Mfg. Co. diner car with crazy stickers covering every square inch of exposed interior surfaces. An overall stellar experience! If you're in the Worcester area, DO NOT miss this place. “OMG! We just left a love fest of service and food! We loved the staff and chef, each so warm and accommodating! And it’s hard to know where to start with the food! The crème brûlée french toast was incredible, the bacon, smoky, and my chai was silky and had a perfect combo of spices. I had a spinach pie with a flaky pastry top, and others ordered a Brazilian couscous dish, a humongous omelete and a yummy veggie combo. Oh, and the smoothies? One Soursop and a mixed berry. The sandwich combos are around $15, portions are plentiful and very good. The sweet potato fries were awesome! Great place for an all American meal, complete with your favorite beverage!“

“First time going there. we stopped on our home back to Sturbridge. The owner is such a fantastic guy who shows pride on his business. He explained to us the ingredients and how he care about customers and let me tell you, it shows. “I eat here at least every other week and have always had a great experience. I love that the Caesar salad is served pre tossed and in a cold bowl. They always seem to use the perfect amount of dressing. I usually get the 9oz Flo’s Fillet. It is always cooked perfectly. I’ve only ever sat at the bar and the bartenders are nice and attentive. I usually avoid chain restaurants but this one is truly different and worth it every time.“
