“Disappointed with one of my favorite restaurants in Worcester. I ordered the lobster bisque. Brown in color with a very weird texture for a bisque. Looked like glue. The haddock with lobster newburg sauce was very disappointing too. The newburg sauce was not great. Plenty of lobster on both the bisque and in the haddock. Did not have the ritz crumbs.“

“Absolutely the best N. Y. Sirloin I have ever tasted. It was thick, tender and favorable, served with a chicken-of-the-woods reduction that was perfectly paired with the steak. Reservations are recommended and the place was full within the first hour of operation. It can be a little noisy, but that's to be expected for an restaurant that is as popular as Romaine's. Service was adequate and attentive for the Saturday night crowd“

“Sabrosa Venezuela catered a last minute event for us. They worked with me to provide a variety of foods for different allergies and restrictions. They offered wonderful advice and the food? Oh my god, everyone raved about how amazing the food was (and it was!). I cannot recommend this place enough, they are incredible.“

“The food at Fatima's is absolutely delicious and very fresh. The owner is an amazing human being who is incredibly kind. My daughter loves a cake she makes, and Fatima was out of it on the day we were visiting the restaurant. I told the owner we would be back for cake on our next visit, when my daughter was home from college. The owner told me that there was no way my daughter was headed back to school without having her favorite cake. She made a special batch that morning, when she was not even open, in order for my daughter to enjoy it before she left. Both my daughter and I were in tears, we could not believe her incredible kindness. I hope this place succeeds greatly and is around for years to come! “My husband, adult son, and I ate brunch at the Miss Worcester Diner yesterday, January 4th, for the first time. We were able to quickly get seats at the counter which provided us with front row seats to watch the short-order cook work his magic. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The menu is fantastic and the food...we all had the best French toast and homemade corned beef hash we've ever had. My son had the blueberry ricotta stuffed French toast. My husband had the King Kong French toast and I had the World Famous Crunchy French toast. We added two sides of homemade corned beef hash and one side of bacon. All. Of. It. Was. Ridiculously. Good. Including the coffee. If you feel nostalgic for a true old school diner experience, this is the place. This is an authentic Worcester Lunch Cart Mfg. Co. diner car with crazy stickers covering every square inch of exposed interior surfaces. An overall stellar experience! If you're in the Worcester area, DO NOT miss this place. Didn’t charge me much either for a good size too. Definitely will try again and recommend. Great service, fresh ingredients at a reasonable price.“

“OMG! We just left a love fest of service and food! We loved the staff and chef, each so warm and accommodating! And it’s hard to know where to start with the food! The crème brûlée french toast was incredible, the bacon, smoky, and my chai was silky and had a perfect combo of spices. I had a spinach pie with a flaky pastry top, and others ordered a Brazilian couscous dish, a humongous omelete and a yummy veggie combo. Oh, and the smoothies? One Soursop and a mixed berry. On and on, but all to say we were very happy❣️“

I’m hard to please when it comes to food but was hungry and wanted something healthy. “Alittle more saucy than I prefer but overall very good, twice as much food as I expected. I got the teriyaki chicken sandwich, grilled. The bread was so soft with just the right tender crunch. I would eat here again. The employees were friendly and accommodating. Abe came out of the kitchen to personally ask my husband if he enjoyed his sandwich, since he (my husband) was unsure if he would like the Korean BBQ (he did like it). Emily was on the register. She was patient, helpful, and kind as we decided what we wanted, explaining different options. The restaurant was clean and quiet when we were there, but there's not a lot of sound dampening materials so I imagine it could get not quiet if they are very busy.“

This has certainly become a near weekly tradition now. The location is pretty convenient, being close to route 9.
