“Called different bakeries in the area looking for a blueberry bourbon cobbler I had tried at a Boston Restaurant and she was able make it happen in less than 24 hours. “The goat cheese, fig and carmelized onion sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had anywhere! My husband’s Mac and cheese was also good. But get the sandwich. So good! And the woman at the counter was very nice as well.“

“The food was amazing and my husband and I cannot wait to go back. We both had the beef tenderloin which was cooked to prefection with delicious sides to accompany the meal. The bread was mouthwatering and I could not resist a few pieces! We had the arancini to start and next time, I will order my own plate; I wanted more - no sharing again! I had the amazing carrot cake and my husband had the Godive chocolate cheesecake. I am not a cheesecake lover but ended up determined to order it next time; it was amazing and decadent beyond my expectation. “After moving to the region, I have discovered that Papa Ginos makes a good spaghetti with meatballs, which is something I ate a lot before moving here.

This has certainly become a near weekly tradition now. The location is pretty convenient, being close to route 9.

All of the staff are always friendly and helpful.

“I called as I was having an issue building my own bowl and a young gentleman was so helpful and took my order over the phone which didn't take long at all. When I went to pick up my food, he offered to show me how to place an order online and that meant a lot - Great Customer Service.
The food was so delicious - fingerlicking good. I ordered the half waaky3/half jollof, plantains, corn, grilled carrots and sweet potatoes with spicy honey and a side of Shito glaze - SOO GOOD. I am certainly returning to explore the menu more.“

“This place has become my go to spot. Full name is Milford Pizza Palace. Absolutely wonderful food and even brighter staff. I swear to you it feels like family greeting me when I walk in. Tons and tons of options, almost everything on the menu has a vegan counterpart. Owner makes own vegan ranch dressing that I can (and have) drink right from the container. They also use specialty vegan cheese only available to restaurants and it is so delicious. I can not recommend this place enough absolute 10/10 gem. Updated from previous review on 2026-05-08“

I’m hard to please when it comes to food but was hungry and wanted something healthy. “We were just passing through today, as we don’t live in MA. Coming from a medical appt, we wanted to refuel before hitting the road again. We stopped into the Diner, 4 of us, hungry & ready to eat. We were pleased with the large and varied selection of food offerings. This alone would have made it a pleasant experience, but we’d also like to mention what made it fantastic. Warm customer service with a smile! Also, after learning more about this business, we see that they help their community with offering free meals on Thanksgiving and they also help those who are less fortunate. We also learned they are a well-known stop for essential workers, staying open even in difficult weather. We appreciate this, as our son is a plow driver and an essential worker. The portion sizes were more than adequate and the eggplant lasagne tasted like it came from a high-end restaurant. The only disappointing thing is that I wished we lived closer!“

“This was our second visit to Via. We love the atmosphere, and the food is good. A few things to note:

On our Saturday night visit they did not have valet parking offered, which was no issue for us since we had a very early reservation, but parking can be difficult.

The meatballs are the best meatballs I have had, however the rigatoni was overcooked. 😞 sadness. The marscapone cheesecake was a 10. The bread service was equally a 10.

It appears that they may use a two waitstaff system which is something that I never understood. Unless one of them was in training? It didn't help our experience, but I will say Connor was the more personable and attentive half and fit the persona of Via best. We enjoyed his unrushed style best.

I love the open kitchen view so if you like that experience ask for a table with a view of the bustling kitchen.

On your way to the restroom you get a nice view of the Gelato case, which is a bit odd, but I am sure they have given that some thought.
All in all a solid 4 🌟. We will be back!“
