“This place has become my go to spot. Full name is Milford Pizza Palace. Absolutely wonderful food and even brighter staff. I swear to you it feels like family greeting me when I walk in. Tons and tons of options, almost everything on the menu has a vegan counterpart. Owner makes own vegan ranch dressing that I can (and have) drink right from the container. “Chop Kabob was a delight, therefore, had to leave a review… the food was scrumptious. I live in Boston but visited the Burlington Coat factory in Westborough Ma. I’m hard to please when it comes to food but was hungry and wanted something healthy. Service and food were great and the cost was reasonable… I had the stew lamb shank and wow it was so tasty… the meat was falling off the bone and the spices (saffron etc) were delicious. Worth a try“

“We were just passing through today, as we don’t live in MA. Coming from a medical appt, we wanted to refuel before hitting the road again. We stopped into the Diner, 4 of us, hungry & ready to eat. We were pleased with the large and varied selection of food offerings. This alone would have made it a pleasant experience, but we’d also like to mention what made it fantastic. Warm customer service with a smile! Also, after learning more about this business, we see that they help their community with offering free meals on Thanksgiving and they also help those who are less fortunate. We also learned they are a well-known stop for essential workers, staying open even in difficult weather. We appreciate this, as our son is a plow driver and an essential worker. The portion sizes were more than adequate and the eggplant lasagne tasted like it came from a high-end restaurant. The only disappointing thing is that I wished we lived closer!“

“I visited here December 4, 2023. I had a delicious scallop and haddock mix over fettacchini with a spicy sauce that was to rave about. Not sure when I will get to Worcester, MA again but I will definitely visit La Cuchina. As a bonus, my server was a gentle soul, Michael. Extremely attentive and generous with his time and suggestions. They were swearing loudly and young child nearby. Made is very difficult for conversation at our table. Told manager about it and nothing was done. Found that very disappointing.“

On multiple occasions, when opting for an alternative side instead of a salad, the selected side has been omitted from the order. Following the most recent occurrence, we contacted the establishment and were informed that a manager would be notified and a return call would be initiated. Regrettably, no follow-up communication was received. It is concerning when customer service issues are not adequately addressed, potentially due to the perception that individual concerns are inconsequential amidst high volume. While we continue to enjoy the food, we hope for an improvement in accountability and customer satisfaction. While human error is understandable, repeated errors warrant a review of operational procedures.“
