“We appreciate the food at Longhorn. However, we have encountered a recurring issue with takeout orders, specifically regarding side dishes. On multiple occasions, when opting for an alternative side instead of a salad, the selected side has been omitted from the order. Following the most recent occurrence, we contacted the establishment and were informed that a manager would be notified and a return call would be initiated. Regrettably, no follow-up communication was received. It is concerning when customer service issues are not adequately addressed, potentially due to the perception that individual concerns are inconsequential amidst high volume. While we continue to enjoy the food, we hope for an improvement in accountability and customer satisfaction. While human error is understandable, repeated errors warrant a review of operational procedures.“

“We had a wonderful experience here! The portions are very generous and everything tasted incredibly fresh. We tried fried calamari, shrimp cocktail, and their fresh made pasta was absolutely delicious. We finished with a blueberry lemon cake that was the perfect ending. Highly recommend!“

“The Spicy BBQ Caesar salad is amazing. It’s HUGE! I had it for lunch, dinner and lunch again! The meat was delicious and that sauce? Perfection. It seems like more of a take out establishment when we went to the Millbury location. But my coworker had the chicken tenders and she said her meal was equally delicious. Next time we will order to go, but there will definitely be a next time!“

“Real review of a real situation. But I’d like to mention one thing before getting into it: the half pound lobster roll was absolutely delicious. The bread, lobster quality and quantity, and flavor were all high marks. Probably the best lobster roll in the region. I’ve tried them all. Or at least most. This lobster roll is delicious. And it has a true half pound feel. That aside… I ordered takeout. Half the order was incorrect and a clam chowder was missing. It happens. This place is so fantastic, however, they wanted to go way above and beyond to rectify the situation. I’m so impressed with Sole. And very thankful we have a super solid (actually excellent) seafood place right here in the Wu tang.“

We were able to quickly get seats at the counter which provided us with front row seats to watch the short-order cook work his magic. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The menu is fantastic and the food...we all had the best French toast and homemade corned beef hash we've ever had. My son had the blueberry ricotta stuffed French toast. My husband had the King Kong French toast and I had the World Famous Crunchy French toast. We added two sides of homemade corned beef hash and one side of bacon. All. Of. It. Was. Ridiculously. Good. Including the coffee. If you feel nostalgic for a true old school diner experience, this is the place. This is an authentic Worcester Lunch Cart Mfg. “The food at Fatima's is absolutely delicious and very fresh. The owner is an amazing human being who is incredibly kind. My daughter loves a cake she makes, and Fatima was out of it on the day we were visiting the restaurant. I told the owner we would be back for cake on our next visit, when my daughter was home from college. The owner told me that there was no way my daughter was headed back to school without having her favorite cake. She made a special batch that morning, when she was not even open, in order for my daughter to enjoy it before she left. Both my daughter and I were in tears, we could not believe her incredible kindness. I hope this place succeeds greatly and is around for years to come! “OMG! We just left a love fest of service and food! We loved the staff and chef, each so warm and accommodating! And it’s hard to know where to start with the food! The crème brûlée french toast was incredible, the bacon, smoky, and my chai was silky and had a perfect combo of spices. I had a spinach pie with a flaky pastry top, and others ordered a Brazilian couscous dish, a humongous omelete and a yummy veggie combo. Oh, and the smoothies? One Soursop and a mixed berry.
