Being a former manger at a restaurant, I have to give a shout out to the man running the host stand on Saturday night, did not get a chance to get his name, I’m sure he was a manger as well because he was going above and beyond and working his ass off. he greeted guest as soon as they came in, even with a full front lobby he got everyone seated fast, after I got sat I observed him go and buss tables, run food, run drinks.
