“Ordered take out over the phone, went in to pick it up. Got to the car and checked out the food, I realized I’d gotten slightly the wrong order. We had gotten chicken tenders and sauce on the side when we had actually tried to order the chicken already tossed in the sauce. So to try and make it easy and faster for us all, I asked to just get a few more cups of sauce (that way I could toss the tenders in it myself). The staff was super nice about it and the manager Nichole went above and beyond! She asked me what had I meant to order and offered to remake it all and get me the correct dish I wanted, no extra charge and it was so fast (maybe 5 min) all of which my son and I stood and chatted with Nichole who was so friendly and kind that after we left my son said “mom you should go get her number she was nice and you always say you can’t have too many friends” ? 5stars! “We were quickly greeted by a host as soon as we walked in. It was a Tuesday at noon time so it wasn't very busy, but I have seen this place on days where there's a wait and they are still just as attentive and kind. A server came to our table in less than 5 minutes if us sitting down, brought over our drinks and our food soon after. The food was delicious and very filling. The total came to about $26 which included coffee, a side of home fries, a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, and an omelette that came with toast and home fries. In my opinion, the portions were great and well worth what we paid. The overall vibe of restaurant was lovely. At the end of our brunch, the same person who sat us also offered to pack up our food for us. Only thing to note is I wish there were more menu options but it's still great. Would definitely recommend.“

“Great first time experience! We came from Jersey for my bday weekend and wanted a quick breakfast. I wish I remembered the blonde lady’s name who took care of us but she was amazing. Very attentive even though she was handling other tables and people at the bar. Food was fresh and came out in a timely manner. And the pancakes? Delicious. I’m not easily moved, but the fact that the service AND food were great is what won me! Highly recommend.“
“On my recent trip to Worcester I stayed close to the Fix Buger Bar. Went on Sunday night as it was the only th8ng open within walking distance and WOW!!! it did not disappoint with the burger, got the Bigger Mac, AMAZING!!! On this trip I got the chips instead of the fries. They were OK. The second time I ordered ed the Phenomenal, and the name is absolutely fitting!! This trip I not only got the fries, but added the pouting to them. Sooooo good, definitely recommend!!!“
“Let me start by saying the staff is so friendly and inviting that if I lived closer I'd be a regular regardless of the coffee and food, which is superb. The home fries are golden and crunchy on the outside and with a soft potatoey inside. They were the first thing that disappeared off my plate. My guest got her own rendition of eggs florientine add ham, tomato and feta. Great combo made to order no questions asked. Big Belly is my local spot for food and coffee. I suggest when in the area you stop by for a bite.“
“I LOVE this place! Me and my husband stop in around once a month and it is always AMAZING! My favorite drink is the smoked rosemary whiskey sour. Just be careful because they are STRONG and literally don't taste it. The flatbreads are a true highlight here. A light amd fluffy crust with fresh and flavorful toppings. I also love their coxhina for an appetizer. In general, everything we've had here is so so tasty and the atmosphere and crowd are so welcoming. I LOVE seeing all the regulars hanging around the bar on a Friday night. Such good vibes.“

“I really like this place. We've been here 8-10 times at this point. The food is fairly consistent (I have always liked my meals, but my friends sometimes don't have as much luck). I like their pretzel bites, chicken sandwiches, and burgers - it's a cool touch to have the OBT logo on the buns. Their dessert menu also has a few great options. Drinks are pretty good, and they have cute seasonal cocktails. Service is decent, but I haven't found the host/hostesses very friendly or welcoming - they seem as though they are sometimes annoyed they need to sit people, especially if you have more than 2 people in your party - but maybe they've been having off evenings when I've been there. My only criticisms would be the size of their soft drink cups (which it looks like they have improved, yay!!) and their closing time of 9pm SHARP. If they wish to close at this time, they should stop seating tables a lot earlier than they do. There isn't much communication about last call from the bar (this also includes refills for soft drinks) or last call for the kitchen. One time, we were not able to order dessert because the kitchen had closed - but our waitress never warned us of this. Most recently, we ordered/ate our food in 45 mins, which I think is very speedy, but I still felt rushed by the staff. Our server seemed more focused on cleaning than service, they turned off the music to ensure our quick exit, and stared at us as we walked out at 9:05. I really expected better service for the price of the food. Not sure if I'll be back any time soon, but I'd still recommend them for an early dinner or lunch.“
“Small hole in the wall on the back tract of Stafford Street (parking on the street), but they make the BEST pizza pie in the city!! My family got their special 2 lg cheese pizzas for $16.90 and they were perfectly cooked and delicious! The guys are very nice, too!“

The free Sunday with her meal was super cute and she loved it. The service wasn't great. Waitress was overwhelmed it seemed. Kept forgetting requests, including eating utensils at our table. The woman picking up the dishes and clearing tables almost dropped a tray full of plates, cups and ice cream cups on me and my daughter because she was having trouble walking and carrying more than she should if she has trouble. But there were ppl waiting so she was trying to rush and it almost ended badly. It was louder in there than any place we have eaten before but I think that's because it was mainly families with young children who were excited and just being kids. I got the Half rack ribs & steak meal; it was good ; I got the steak raw & it turned out good; we also got the Balsamic chicken & it was awesome too ; however the steak that was supposed to be medium rare was way over cooked. We got the apple crumb pie and it was great. Our server was pretty bad but he was nice. He gave me diet drink instead of what I asked for, we waited nearly 30 minutes for our food to come which in that time I had finished my drink and didn’t see our waiter the whole time. I finished nearly half my meal before getting my refill. We also had to wait to get our silverware. Atmosphere was very live especially at the bar where trivia was being played. It was very delicious and this is coming from someone who doesnt like ordering out because i always feel i can make it better at home lol. The serving was correct especially given it is picanha. The flavor of everything was delicious. My husband normally doesn't care about fried yucca but when he tried it, he was shocked and said it was so good. “Took kids to try out their Cajun fries for the first Time. Fries were good but missing Cajun spice. Upon letting them know, we were offered another order of fries with Cajun spice but we didn't take it since the one order of large fries was itself a lot for us. Didn't realize five guys never had any chicken on the menu . Interesting fun fact for the day. We ate large fries along with complimentary salted peanuts which was again something I didn't know in advance. The place had many take out orders and large groups came for lunch. “Stopped at the Worcester Public Market on a Saturday afternoon to grab some food with the wife. I was unsure what to have but she knew she was having The Burger Bah. I figured to try something new and got the Wicked Habanero with the plant based burger. I have had maybe 3 plant based burgers in my life and Oh my damn, that was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Burger had great char, bun was perfect but he habanero jam is what set it off. “Overall, a great time. However, being a relatively slow lunch (lots of open tables at 1p on a Wednesday) the food took quite a while to arrive and was not hot (not cold, but a bit warm). There were 6 of us, but only 4 ordered hot food. So this was a surprise. However, still yummy!“
