“I have not been to this BK for a while. I would say it has definitely improved in service and is cleaner.
I went to get a SpongeBob adult meal being a fan in the early days. When my kids were younger we were big fans. We still quote it. The meal was actually quite good. A bit too much for me but I packed it in.“

“The service from Izzy at the Worcester location was top notch! And the food was amazing! Cooked well and was served hot and fresh! We ordered the Poutine for an appetizer and my husband ordered The Gatsby burger and I ordered The Phenomenal burger!! Both were outstanding as well as the traditional northeast classic (Poutine). Very interesting flavor combos that pleases the palate.“

“Compared to the $$ I was about to spend on the typical Steak &Cheese sub for lunch, the pork belly sliders blew me away! So delicious, and great balance of flavor. Had to go back and get the loaded fries and splurge after checking out the photos on here. I definitely recommend getting your lunch here vs. what you would easily spend at McDonalds, or any other typical lunch spot. I’LL BE BACK“

“Came here for lunch and got the brazilian burger combo and its a large portion! Really delicious and filling, it had ham and skinny potato sticks which makes it different from a regular burger. The service and quick, they bring your food to you once you order dinning in. Would def come here again“

“We drove through Sterling and picked up Village Pizza on a whim. It was fantastic! My family moved out here from Cambridge and have been looking for a good steak and cheese and finally found one! We placed a pretty big order, 5 subs, 2 salads and 2 sides and everything was done quickly, correctly and delicious! Went back again tonight and it was just as good. The house made dressing is phenomenal! I will go back for the dressing alone! The people are genuine and kind. If you haven't tried this place, you're missing out! “I wanted a chicken sandwich. It was okay. The fries and apple pies were fantastic! But also there are these little signs everywhere saying if you take more than an hour to eat they will tow your car. And the lobby is like, the perfect dim, quiet, relaxing empty restaurant lobby for reading and eating your food slowly so that made me really nervous and I won't come back. The people at the counter were super nice and the service was the fastest at any BK I've ever been to though.“

“Food was great overall, aside from a little confusion regarding my birthday. We thought Applebee’s still offered free ice cream for birthdays, but it seems they may not anymore — unless our server was new and unsure. Either way, he was very nice and attentive throughout our visit.

I did have to remind the staff about a few things, but I honestly don’t blame them since everyone needs reminders sometimes. The manager also checked in with us, and we were able to address the food concern right away, which I appreciated.

The restaurant itself was fairly slow at the time, especially near the host area, though the bar seemed pretty busy. Overall, it was still a great experience, and this is a restaurant we’ll definitely continue coming back to.“

“Central Public House is a fantastic eating spot. The food is absolutely delicious, the staff is very attentive and the building itself is gorgeous.I've been to the restaurant a few times and some of the food I've ordered was the Spicy Caesar Salad, the hummus, the spinach and artichoke dip and the creme brulee. All of the meals were not only delicious but it's clear that CPH uses fresh ingredients. I typically order salads at restaurants and you usually expect a few damper pieces of lettuce, but the Caesar is always fresh and crunchy, the dressing well distributed, a perfect amount of parmesan and fun spicy kick to make the dish unique. Definitely my go to meal!The apps are also fantastic. The pita bread is great for dipping and has a wonderful texture. They also go great with both the hummus and artichoke dips. Both these dips are well seasoned, have a great consistency and honestly their hummus is some of the best I've ever had.Lastly the creme brulee is always lovely, great consistency and the burnt sugar on the top is always such a fun treat!Regarding drinks, CPH has a great selection of alcohol. The cans of ciders and beers they have stocked are from a great selection of local breweries, Jacks Abby, Downeast and Night Shift to name a few. And then there's the mixed drinks! They have a fun selection of cocktails. I absolutely love the brown sugar old fashioned. It's definitely one of my favorites.The staff is also phenomenal. All of their waiters and waitresses are attentive and always have a kind attitude. They're great about checking in when you need things.The kitchen crew is very talented and always keeping up the quality of their dishes while still getting food out at a fast pace. They really nail down the recipes even while changing out the menu every few weeks. It creates a fun enviornment for patrons because there's always something new and fun to try, but still always made with the same phenomenal quality.It's also nice to see how active the manager is on site. He's always running food to tables, checking in with guests and even running take out orders. It really speaks to the quality of the staff running the building.And speaking of the building, it's beautifully designed and well constructed! The bar is absolutely gorgeous and the seating is very comfortable. Eating next to the large windows brings in a lot of natural light which adds a nice aesthetic to your dining experience. The kitchen even has a window you can watch through to see the kitchen staff hard at work as they make your food.I would highly recommend Central Public House, between the fantastic food, amazing staff and just an absolutely fun atmosphere. You won't regret spending an evening here.“

“We ended up driving from Marlborough because the other Wendy’s location seemed unclear about whether they were still taking orders but stated they're closing early. When we arrived here, the location was drive-thru only, but your employee was kind enough to let us know we could still order through the drive-thru if we wanted.

The staff member was very helpful and polite, and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted. Food was fresh, delicious, and worth the extra drive. Overall, a much smoother experience, and we appreciated the clear communication and good customer service.“
