Our server was ok, had to ask for silverware got a huge salad instead of a side salad mind u paid $6.99 for a SIDE salad.... we told they are both same price, had to wait for the server to come around if we needed anything.....Then its my daughter's birthday she just dropped off a desert no one could even do the restaurant birthday song/cheer absolutely nothing special kept getting told "everyones to busy" yes I know its a free desert thats not the point for a child yes IK I could buy my child cake an ice cream its the experience.... Over all could of had a better experience exp. when ur paying $70-$80 but she was very very quick to take the check & money. Look we are not looking for free food before all the karens drop comments we just wanted a good experience exp. when you have kids.
Awful, half eaten fries, I ordered the gooey chocolate fudge cake and got a small donut instead of a decent size. It tasted like microwaved plastic. I had to drizzle hard fudge on top by myself. Awful. The burger meat was half purple half pink inside. Are u trying to kill me? Anyways I am not eating eating here againWheelchair accessibility: No

Love, love, love Red Robin! Best restaurant at the Blackstone Valley Shoppes! Great food and good prices too. My favorites are the southern charm burger, poppin' purple lemonade, and camp fire sauce with fries. Staff is great too!

The Mad Love burger is back and it is better than ever! This was always my go to at Red Robin and it wasnt available for a little while. But now that its back, I will be too! Everything in this burger works so well together! Its not spicy but you would think it would be when you see jalapeños in the description but its not. I had the bottomless garlic fries as a side and at first I was kind of disappointed because it looked like it just had a cheap parmesian cheese covering them... but the secret is the fries on the bottom. They are covered in a delicious garlic butter!!!! I ate them like I havent eaten in a week. My wife even asked if I was going to eat my burger because i devoured the fries before even touching my burger lol. The Mad Love burger and bottomless garlic fries are now my go to meal and I cannot wait to go back to Red Robin to have this for dinner or lunch again!!!

Ridiculous, went in for lunch, waited about 10 min for table not bad. Ordered drinks an appetizer and meals at the same time. Got drinks and appetizer, and 1 hour later still was not served meal. Left without eating a meal, couldn't wait any longer. Note: only a party of 2 people, ordered salad and hamburger, not a big ask. Very dissatisfied.

Overall, a great time. However, being a relatively slow lunch (lots of open tables at 1p on a Wednesday) the food took quite a while to arrive and was not hot (not cold, but a bit warm). There were 6 of us, but only 4 ordered hot food. So this was a surprise. However, still yummy!
