Today was our first time trying 110 Grill. I'm happy we did! Good service and good food. I have to say I loved the tomato soup! For my dinner I had the lamb meatballs appetizer and a side salad. We'll definitely come back to try more of the menu.
Food and service was excellent! We have food allergies, they have excellent guidelines and protocols in place!
Good drinks! The appetizers are fast too!

110 Grill receives mixed reviews. Service can be slow, with one group waiting 15 minutes to be greeted and food taking forever. Some tables had dirty silverware and appetizer dishes handled poorly. The bang bang cauliflower was described as overpriced for a very small portion. One order had onions mistakenly added to a burger, and a manager did not fix the problem. However, many guests praise specific servers like Ethan, Michelle, and Aya for being wonderful, pleasant, attentive, and phenomenal. One server was noted for a thorough approach with allergies. The manager John was also commended for checking in and providing the best customer service. Food and drinks are often called fantastic and on point. Despite some issues, many guests report an amazing time and say the service makes them want to come back, with several planning to return to the Millbury location.
