Steak was cold and undercooked 1/4 fat and grissle mashed potatoes were cold asked for the potatoes to be heated up they came back piping hot out of the microwave ? I gave the server three stars because she was very pleasant and friendly but had to ask for my water to be filled twice put the glasses empty at the end of the table she didn't get the message didn't bother asking a third time we've been to Leominster and Marlboro 110 Grill always been decent very disappointed here

Was a big disappointment. Portion sizes are no where adequate for prices. Took over half an hour for fries, just a side of fries. My husband ate his meal and then ordered fries as he was still very hungry because his "meal" was child sized, which we expected to be ready quickly but took over half an hour for them to come. Not worth it.

110 Grill Millbury, service was good! Our waitress was very kind.Food was the biggest disappointment, I don't think I've ever gone anywhere and ordered rice that came out hard? I'm paying significantly more than Applebee's I would expect that the basics be good. I could only assume the food sat out way too long. Then the fruit flies! Felt gross. I get the occasional fly will bother you but I felt like I was waving them away all night.All in all I was very disappointed, especially since I've visited this location once or twice a year for the past 3 years. Also what happened to the complimentary bread? Realized that wasn't served anymore when reminiscing.I won't be returning.

You get better value and service at Longhorns.As a Millbury resident since 2015 I decided to try 110 Grill. What a disappointment. The place way understaffed, the food is par at best. The steak I got was burnt, mashed potatoes was cold, the price more expensive than Long Horns and they don’t serve bread like long horn. Definitely the first and last.

Food was fantastic, service was top notch and prices were great. Highly recommend all the way around!Dietary restrictions: We were asked by multiple employees from hostess to server to buser if anyone had any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Ordered drinks and soup and never received the two appetizers manager blamed bartender and bartender states he waited to put apps in. However they were only two apps and never received in an hours time..if owner takes pride or manager well I did not get any kind of apology from manager. Won't return!

Consistently good food and service. Great menu with lots of vegan and vegetarian options with a sensitivity to other special dietary needs, without sacrificing yumminess. Kid and family friendly.

We used to love 110 grill, always going to the one in Hopkinton. I don't know if it is just this location but the food has been pretty bad every time we go--like undercooked microwave bad. Bread partially frozen at center, luke-warm pizza for the kids, and a screw-up gluten mix up by staff, not noticed until symptoms emerged that evening. Really disappointed with this place and not suprised there's few patrons whenever we go. Won't be back and finally my wife agrees.

This was a first time experience. And the last! It was very disappointing. There were five of us and all the entrees were lukewarm. Our son's Caesar salad had been under the warmer with his main course and was crusty. Our shrimp scampi was more and Alfredo than a garlic butter sauce. The fish and chips was very small. Our server was very nice and did her best. The drinks were good, but pricey. I would not recommend this restaurant.
