“We were traveling through on our way to Maine and stopped for lunch. The food was fantastic!!! The staff were very friendly! The cook gave us extra fish to share with our husband's. “Located in a used to be residential building with high ceiling and wooden floor. Spacious and plenty of natural lighting. This restaurant offers a combination of rustic, homie and romance vibes. Food tasted good, service was good, the price is on the higher side. Outdoor seating area during the summer time is quite enjoyable. I’d recommend it.“

The breads and baked goods are yummy. They offer coffee, tea, and espresso drinks. A lovely place to have lunch when in the Northborough area.“

“The main dishes were very delicious. I got walnut shrimp. They gave a great amount and it was delicious. I got 2 meals out of that. Then I also got chicken Singapore noodles (not spicy) option. And I will get 3 meals out of that. It was flavorful and yummy. The only reason I didn't give a 5 on food was because the crab ragoons weren't the best. They were good and did the job. But not super yummy like the rest of the food. Could have been from the drive (6 mins) but never the less it's a very good place. Very friendly“

“This restaraunt is great ! The food is awesome, white rice is my favorite part !!! But.. you can't forget the steamed veggies! They are SO GOOD !!! Chicken on a stick is also, like, the BEST TASTING THING EVER and Gen. Gau's chicken is ALSO SO GOOD I WOULD DIE FOR IT !!!!!!! Right when we got there, the food was ALREADY READY !!! Nothing can get much better than this ! Atmosphere is really tiny, but it's just a takeout place so thats totally fine!“

“Absolutely the best N. Y. Sirloin I have ever tasted. It was thick, tender and favorable, served with a chicken-of-the-woods reduction that was perfectly paired with the steak. Reservations are recommended and the place was full within the first hour of operation. It can be a little noisy, but that's to be expected for an restaurant that is as popular as Romaine's. Service was adequate and attentive for the Saturday night crowd“
