I called as I was having an issue building my own bowl and a young gentleman was so helpful and took my order over the phone which didn't take long at all. When I went to pick up my food, he offered to show me how to place an order online and that meant a lot - Great Customer Service.

Their food is always soooo good. I wish I lived closer to them! Super tasty plantains, big portions, and unique flavors. 10/10
