“The owners were nice, the food was delicious and it was a very large heavy portion for the price. I got a plate of waakye + jollof with beef and it was super good and fed two people well. The inside is simple and clean and it feels designed for primarily take out but there is seating available. Wait time is reasonable but if you’re in a rush you may want to call and order ahead.“

“The food was excellent. It was my first time trying Nigerian food band it did not disappoint. I had never heard of Chofi before but it was delicious. According to AI it is fried fatty turkey tails.The chicken and jollof rice had a nice spicy kick to it but not too spicy. It was a 45 min wait for the food but well worth it and the cashier was very polite. Unfortunately there are no options to dine in but there is one comfortable couch to sit on while waiting.“

Decent amount of beef per plate, but nothing special. No egg was available when I went, though. Good waakye - 8.5/10 and jollof 7.5/10.“

“Great Ghanaian-American cuisine. If ordering for take out call way ahead of time to get food on time. Medium size place. Great bar and socialable waiters and waitresses. Owner is usually around he is very friendly and will help take care of any problems. Not open on Mondays!!!“
