The owners were nice, the food was delicious and it was a very large heavy portion for the price. I got a plate of waakye + jollof with beef and it was super good and fed two people well. The inside is simple and clean and it feels designed for primarily take out but there is seating available. Wait time is reasonable but if you’re in a rush you may want to call and order ahead.
The nicest people and the food was so well flavored and meat was tender. We got the banku and okra stew with beef, peanut soup, and chicken waakye/jollof. 11/10, no notes
I drove almost 2 hours away and waited about 30 min for 2 orders of beef stew and fufu which was delicious but I only had 4 pieces of meat I was kinda disappointed cuz I wanted more beef pieces with my fufu but it was good just wanted more meat pieces to feel fuller. The guys were nice tho and told me how long it was gonna be which was 30 min I didn't mind i paid 41 something plus 3 drinks but more meat would have been better!
