Anokye Krom offers delicious food with friendly service. The restaurant features a variety of vegetarian options and some dishes may not be fully vegan-friendly, but the staff is accommodating and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a good place for families. The food is freshly prepared, with popular dishes like jollof rice, goat stew, and grilled tilapia receiving high praise. Many customers also enjoy the seasoned plantain (kelewele), which is often described as really good. The fried chicken and fried bananas are highly recommended for their crispy and delicious taste. The rice is spicy and a bit oily, but the flavors are appreciated. Though there can be a wait of 30-40 minutes, this is due to the food being made fresh for each order, and the staff explains this clearly. The restaurant is easy to access, with parking available in front and on the street. The furniture and music create a cozy, motherland ambiance. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. The lively music and exceptional food make it a popular spot, even with occasional crowds for takeout.
