“Outstanding food! This place is an absolute gem, and the guy working the counter is patient and helpful. It looks super sketchy from the outside and the strip mall is one of the bleakest places ever, but man, the FOOD! It's truly amazing, and we'll absolutely be back!“
“I go here as much as I can and the food is amazing every time. it’s the best shawarma I’m the city. On top of the food being good the customer service and willingness to go above and beyond every single time I order is what makes me go back again and again. My order is never wrong and even when I order on grub hub all the instructions are followed EVERY TIME. good food, good customer service and consistency 10/10“
“I Give Aladdin 5 stars for several reasons! I have ate there and ordered food over a dozen times and each and every time the food is fresh and is the best authentic Iraqi food I have ever eaten! The owner is such a nice guy and has always went out of his way to be polite and accommodating in anyway!“
“I drove from boston. 2.5 hours at 4pm on Friday + 1 hr trip back . picked up the some of the best bread I've had in years .. a feast for 30 people . worth every penny, and will make that drive again in a heart beat. you can call it tandorri bread, Palestinian bread, irani bread or iraqi bread. The beast bread for Palestinian M'Sakhan . special thanks to the wonderfull Iraqi lady that helped me with my order. Thank you.“
“Easy to find specific ingredients you may not find in traditional grocery store. Bakery items are delicious as well as the prepackage goods (tabouleh tzatziki hummus) I cant leave without a piece of spanikopita, cheese boat or sambouski. Reliable for years past and I’m sure years to come.“
“Great experience. Conveniently located in the center of the town. Fresh authentic flavors. Welcoming owners. The menu is clear and the ordering system is easy. I always look forward to eating at this place with my family. The portions are huge and kids love to share their food with each other.“
“The ambience is excellent for a large group or an intimate dinner experience. Spacious, comfortable seating. The dining room staff was excellent. Being Lebanese my standards are high when it comes to Middle Eastern food. The hummus was excellent! The baba ghanoush was good but I'm not certain if they use jarred grilled eggplant or fresh, personally I thought it may have been jarred. I ordered the chicken Shawarma salad. I was a little disappointed when I received it as it was not chicken Shawarma. Even people who aren't Lebanese know what Shawarma is, especially in Worcester, the competition is high! This was chicken kebab on salad. (I wish I read the reviews before ordering as someone else stated the same). I reminded myself that if Shawarma wasn't on the menu I would've ordered the chicken kebab anyways and looked past it, however if that was the only thing I had ordered I would've been highly disappointed. The excellent dining service made up for the rude bar staff and unfortunately I feel it needs to be mentioned. I approached the bar and was asking who I was with if they wanted a drink. The bartender (blonde older woman with glasses) said she was busy, and I could completely understand just wanted to make sure she came back to me - but then she told me I could wait until I was seated at my table and order with my waitress. We sat in the bar for another 15 minutes, and even after she wasn't busy she didn't offer to serve me a drink. She served other people drinks right next to me who were with us but she clearly couldn't swallow her pride and ask if I would like a drink. I was in the restaurant for 30 minutes before I finally got a drink as I followed the instructions and waited to be seated and ordered through the waitress. I'm not the type to speak up and make a scene, but the bartender clearly needs customer service training. I didn't let any of the negative things ruin my evening. Everyone loved their dinner, also pictured is the lamb chops and Shrimp. I wish them much success as their business grows, and hope that my feedback can be useful.“
“This place was fun for a Friday night. It was not packed but it was a cool crowd of folks that liked to sing and have fun. Drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back! 4 stars for atmosphere because I didn't find the AC to the end of the night“
“I travel extensively for work, and seek out Greek restaurants everywhere I go. This was one of the nicer spots, and located in a foodie strip of Shrewsbury Street in Worcester. I ordered pita and tzatziki playe and grilled octopus for apps. The tzatziki was much thicker than I'm used to, but delicious. I absolutely love grilled octopus, and Meza's didn't disappoint. I then had the Moussaka , which I make at home, and it was served in a crock, sort of French onion soup style. That caramelized the potatoes and eggplant, which was an interesting touch. It was definitely flavorful, though. I always appreciate a Greek-heavy wine, beer and spirits menu. My only complaint was that service was pretty slow, even though the restaurant was quiet for a Thursday night. Everything was correct, just slow and impersonal. I will definitely be back next month when I'm in town.“
