The food is really good here, however the man that answers the phone refuses to make a fresh salad. I have an allergy to mixed greens and he will not work with that because the salads are pre-made.
There is a lovely woman whom has had no problem making the salad the last two times with just iceberg lettuce. I went in And apologized when I picked up my order and she stated it’s not a big deal or a problem to make a fresh salad for me.

Working local and looking for a good lunch stop where I could find salad and something saucy (sandwich or pizza). With my boyfriend in tow since he had the day off we settled in and rummaged through the menu. It was a hard toss up between the chicken parmesan sandwich or the meatball pepperoni pizza and salad. Ciao Bella is a restaurant on Gold Star Boulevard. The food is delicious and amazing. The meatball grinder is good, not at all spicy, and huge, taking two days to eat. The best rice pudding is available, and customers usually buy two. The sirloin pizziola is very good. The pizza is delicious, and the Italian dishes are excellent. The bread and meatballs are a favorite. The food is a good value. The ordering process is easy and quick, and the staff is friendly and warm. For eating inside, it can be a little tight, and finding a warm table on a cold windy day is important, so getting a table far inside away from the door is recommended. For takeout, the food is always ready on time and professionally packed. The restaurant is a wonderful hidden gem. The crew shows kindness and care. Customers are always pleased and recommend Ciao Bella highly for parties or regular visits.
