They’re insanely fast, never forget a single item and most importantly the food is incredible. Fresh, hot, extremely flavorful with large portions. “Went here multiple times before Covid and never went back because several times my party felt the service was dismissive and disrespectful. So maybe that colors part of my review. My family had takeout and on the food alone, I'd definitely recommend. I've had some bad luck with Chinese restaurants lately, had a lot of dishes that were just heavy in grease. Not an issue at Red Pepper. The crab rangoon were some of the best I've had in a while as was the lo main and boneless ribs. The Mongolian chicken was very spicy in a good way. But I'd avoid the salt and pepper calamari. The issue wasn't that it was a fried food takeout issue, it just didn't have much flavor which was a disappointment. Can't comment on the service this time around but the place did still seem to be quiet and homey.“
“Food was alright, there were a lot of options on the menu and the prices were not bad at all. Service was friendly and quick, but i just did not like how when i asked for a drink i was brought a small cup with mostly ice, and they charged for a refill! Overall it's a cool place.“

“If you’re newly vegan, or if you’re looking for a different vegan spot in Worcester Loving Hut is where you need to be! The customer service is amazing, the energy is light, and the people there are super helpful if you’re indecisive like me. I met with James and not only did he provide me with information on how to successfully transition to a plant based diet but he also gave me food options to try at the restaurant! I’m super indecisive and he was very patient with me while I made my decision. He answered every question I had and was very pleasant. One thing about Loving Hut that I haven’t seen at other restaurants is they provide you with other resources/pamphlets you can read at your own leisure that’s related to plant based diets, such as a vegan start kit pamphlet that amongst other necessary information provides you with a 7 day meal plan if you don’t know where to start. “Cannot say enough about this place! The service was great and staff very friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. We eat a plant based diet so it was amazing to find a spot with so many vegan options! We ordered the general chow vegan chicken, spring rolls, veggie ravioli, veggie fried rice and garlic broccoli, all so so good! “Myself and my family have been going here for years . For us it is a staple Chinese spot. I rarely found an issue with this place. There is places closer to me but they tend to over fry some their food. Whereas here they do not. I personally have very little to nothing bad to say about this place.Parking: The only downfall about this parking lot and this area for those that know this area is it can be a little bit tricky getting in and out. But, that is less due to them and more of how that particular intersection is“
“We were in a pinch for some quick tasty food. We had egg drop soup, chicken fingers and peking raviolis. I called to make the order and it was super fast. There were tables to sit down if folks wanted to. I just did a pick up and had the food in our car. Happy house was the last place I used my card, so….. I will never use a credit card again, when paying for food there. “I get take out from this place all the time. They are fast. The food is always really good, and they always get my modification requests right (no onion, no egg, etc). Highly recommend any of their tofu dishes, but the curry is so good. Super spicy. Their moo shu, lo mein, and chow fun are also all good.“
