Dined in Wednesday around 5:15. Seated immediately. Kate, our server, was great. I had the Crispy chicken honey mustard salad. It was huge, tasty, and loaded with bacon. My wife's baked Atlantic haddock, however, came to the table with a strong fishy smell and stronger fishy taste. ( Not the way fish is supposed to be)The mashed potatoes looked unappetizing and tasted the same. But, the coleslaw was good.

As a party of 19 (9 being children) we couldn't have asked for a better, more attentive or patient waitress. Rose handled our 3 tables with ease and went above and beyond especially for the kids. We were all thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend her to anyone. Food was good and atmosphere was typical 99! No complaints

The manager and staff at the Fitchburg location were SO incredible to us. We called ahead and they made space for my father who is in hospice care to play his last night of trivia. It was a heavily emotional night and everyone was so kind and attentive to us. We will never forget such a huge act of kindness.

I ordered to go for my family of four including desserts and a drink, the only request I had was no jalapeños on my southwest chicken bowl… well I got them! Not a big deal but even though I tried to pick them out some still remained since they are cut up so small.

Our server Meghan was fantastic. Friendly, fast and def good at her job. I got the ribs which were great as usual their honey glazed biscuit was amazing. I think they add brown butter to it which I'm not complaining. The coleslaw was great also. My man got the seafood trio which was disappointing to him. It's not that big, you don't get that much seafood for the price. He said next time remind me not to get this. He got steamed broccoli he said was great. He got some beer to drink which was tropical flavored but still with like a beer flavor, I got Malibu and pineapple juice which was also good.

3:00 on a Tuesday afternoon. Barely any customers and about 8 workers standing around talking. Stood out by the hostess station in plain view of workers and bartender. Waited 10-15 minutes and left. Horrible customer service.
