I found it a little disorganized upon arrival and definitely is not a five star experience but over all Xavi did a great job serving me and also taking my request to tune the sport event I wanted to watch. I'll stop back again next time I'm in town.

Have been in person several times, food was okay but the service was awful. Had a craving so decided to try ordering from Uber Eats. The package was sealed and label was correct but 75% of the food was missing. Called the location to confirm the entire order was picked up and the manager answered the call. She told us she packed the order herself, we explained the situation and she became very defensive and said either we or the driver lied. We were looking for information and she acted like we were trying to scam her. This location is a prime example of the horrible service bww is becoming known for. Save your money and try literally anywhere else.

Genuinely awful i’m sorry. I went with 3 friends, the wait time is so long even with it barley being busy, no one greeted us. none of the food came out in time, half the food came out and then when the other half came out they were completely cold like they were straight out of the fridge. the waitress never checked up on us, we had empty drinks the whole time, one of the meals wasn’t even brought out . there was like 3 other tables and 4 servers i don’t understand how it was that slow and the food quality was so low. im not coming back to this one.

My family and I enjoy the food so much we took some to go. Thank you. We have nacho appetizers in mozzarella sticks was delicious, chicken was finger licking good my baby daddy ordered the lemon pepper rub, I had like 15 piece chicken, my daughter a vegetarian so she was eating a cauliflower hot and she loved it. My son almost ate his whole Burger and he loved his drink, the strawberry margarita, Mt daughter had the spicy margarita drinks they were delicious too. We will definitely be back there! Thank you guys!🙏🏾🫶🏿♾️
Staff was very nice, waited 45 mins for my takeout order that was a bundle order and they forgot to give me the fries with my wings order.

Echoing some other reviews I’m seeing here- every single time I come here it is so slow. It’s unacceptable and I won’t ever order from here again. I gave it some time, but honestly it’s worse than it was before. Other BWW locations do not have this issue.

In my travels though the US my favorite place to relax and have a beverage is BWW. This particular BWW was not the norm. The bartender Cheryl was the highlight of my visit. She was attentive, pleasant, and courteous. She definitely deserves 5 stars. The food service was absolutely horrible compared to other BWW. The kitchen was horrendous. The wait for the food was entirely unacceptable. I ordered 10 bone in wing, with two different suaces. Needless to say I left before the wings were ready. Again the kitchen staff needs to be held accountable. I recommend modeling Ohio, and Florida stores. I would list more states but I think I made my point.

My friend and I went into Fitchburg BWW we were seated by a hostess. Only about 5 other tables there it was Tuesday night about 6pm I saw 3 servers and nobody at the bar. We were ignored by everyone. After about 15 mins we stopped a waitress and asked if we could get service. She apologized and walked away. 5 mins later we walked out. We'll never go back. Management should come out of the office and see how it's running.

Worst staff of any restaurant I have ever eaten at. We had a party of 6, got sat near the bar area. Bartenders were great, found the football games we wanted to watch. We sat there for 10 minutes before we finally asked a waitress if we had a server to take our order. She went to look for one, and came back and informed us no one wanted to be our server so she would be (she was a bar tender). I personally wanted to leave almost immediately after hearing that, but the party I was with wanted to watch the college football games, and we were from out of town and unfamiliar with the area. We weren’t disruptive or rude and had no interactions with anyone aside from the guy who seated us (and he was chill as hell) prior to being seated. I don’t understand how people who have a job in the service industry wouldn’t want to do their actual jobs, and I have never felt so unwelcome at a business before.

Better off going to McDonald's. The wait staff feels like a funeral home. Vibe stinks. Food was below average. Like I said McDonald's or Burger King is a better option. Sad.
Listen to the reviews. This place is horrible . Terrible customer service and they screw up orders, make you wait for what seems like an eternity just to get wings. Definitely seek another place to eat unless your looking for a Terrible experience.

Went with a family of 4. Don't know if they were understaffed , but had to seat ourselves after waiting 10 minutes then left after 10 minutes when no servers approached. Place was less then half full. Can't comment on food. Don't know.
