Horrible food for $98. Most of our dinners went in the trash. Undercooked clam strips, stale hot dog roll. Overcooked onion rings, undercooked fish, cold food. đ€ź Never again!!

Overpriced garbage. Got really sick because of undercooked food and the owners wouldnât even return my calls so I could let them know? Kept avoiding me. We ordered clam strips and it was just uncooked batter in a big ball and the fries were undercooked the chicken was cold in the middle. Place used to be amazing but is horrible. BEWARE

Horrible experience tonight. I spoke with the owner over the phone afterwards and was told he would âcheck the cameras and address accordinglyâ. I really hope there are cameras and that he does check them and that he does actually act accordingly. My feedback could be an opportunity for improvement and I hope itâs used as such otherwise I donât see Carols being around for much longer.

We placed a somewhat large order early this evening for pick up over the phone. When we picked it up, it wasnât in bags (just the containers stacked). When we got home, we realized the platters were incomplete - none had cole slaw or tartar sauce. The batter looked dark on the seafood. The scallops and haddock were very fishy tasting, almost like they were on the way to spoiling. The clam strips werenât strips; they were one big clump of mostly batter.
When we called to discuss this, the first thing we asked about was the tartar sauce. We were told they were out of it. This wasnât communicated when we ordered, and had it been, we wouldâve ordered elsewhere. We didnât even bother discussing the rest as it was evident they didnât care.
This is really a disappointment. We loved going last year and looked forward to the re-opening this year. 0/10 - wouldâve rather battled the lines at Kimballâs.

Since new owners took over the food is not like it used to be. The customer service is not good either! They have rude teenagers talking to customers as they please to and owner justifies their behavior!

I specifically asked for a butter pecan flavored ice cream and when I returned to my vehicle to eat my ice cream not only were the sprinkles under the whip cream but the ice cream was already melting and she had packed it with so much COFFEE flavored ice cream it exploded when I opened it. Now not only does it say no refund but it also says no re-dos on their window I feel robbed and now I have to clean ice cream off my car seat thanks
