This place charges you an arm and a leg for their food and every single time, nothing is made correctly. Absolutely ridiculous. The fact that you need to explain your order extremely slow for them to understand is absurd.

Your store, especially the staff, are a bright spot whenever I have to make a trip down to the Fitchburg Harbor freight because I can’t find something I desperately need at my local store in New Hampshire. (This time was a pump for my basement, which has 10” of water in it.) I worked in hospitality for 9 years as a younger man, So I understand Service. Your employees, at this store, consistently impress me with their genuine desire to serve their customers. It is not something you see in young people today very often so I think someone should be credited with training employees to have the right mind set. I must also say the employees tend to have very good manners, which is a plus.

Great variety, great service !

I have been going here for a long time over 25 years. The service is bad when you order two subs and they still mess it up. A steak and cheese and a BLT nothing extra.

Every order made online gets made incorrectly. Items on the receipt to be left off are put on. Multiple sandwich orders get parts mixed up and put on other sandwiches on the order. Have called to explain this each time a mistake is made. And I understand mistakes happen. But this is EVERY TIME. Nothing changes and they want you to bring back their mistakes to be fixed. I already drove 30 mins for my sandwich and wont be doing another 30 minute trip to fix the dinner I ordered an hour prior.

Amazing service and the food is always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Nov 1 I went to get a quick, Thanksgiving sandwich! I was Shocked! WOW! The manager said they cut back on size only!! Wrong! Quantity! Get a much better sandwich elsewhere!!! got one the last time April or May and my usual is a small! It shrunk so much, price , quality and quantity!! OMG I’m done!! I’m told many if my friends!! So greedy!!!

Last evening my friends and I arrived just before 9pm, their closing time. As we were getting out of the car, the manager saw us approaching and quicly closed the register and rushed to the door to lock it rather than respectfully saying "we are in the midst of closing." You just lost 4 customer, their families and friends.

You used to have a knowledgeable crew, now you have a bunch of unsupervised chatty people. I ordered a sandwich, got home to find the sandwich was wrong and had to drive back. Other people in the store that had called in order, theirs was not ready when they arrived.
