There is a short woman with short red hair and red glasses and she is a horrid excuse for a dunkins worker. Her attitude is costing those girls a ton of money in tips guaranteed. I still tipped cause the girls were doing so much work but this woman? a laughable joke at best.

I had the worst fast food experience of my life here this morning. I ordered my normal drink and the lady over the speaker said in a very rude & loud tone “slow down”. I understood this as I know I talk fast in general. I repeated my order politely and all of a sudden she is talking about splenda. I said “oh no splenda on that”. She goes “so why did splenda come out of your mouth?” I have never been spoken to so rudely before and I was genuinely shocked. She kept making rude side comments at me while rushing me along. I’m disgusted and if I ever go back to this location I must be really desperate

Who ever is managing this dunkins is an absolute tyrant against dogs. Every other dunkins in the US does pup cups even if they have to charge a buck or so for it.

This Location completely sucks every time I order from this location. items are missing or the drinks are completely made wrong. I just called in and told them that they made my order wrong, but I wanted to refund the employee hung up on my face and I asked to speak to the manager when I called in again. The manager said that I had to go on the mobile app and ask for a refund, I am super pissed on the label, it said cream and they give it to me completely black
