This Location completely sucks every time I order from this location. items are missing or the drinks are completely made wrong. I just called in and told them that they made my order wrong, but I wanted to refund the employee hung up on my face and I asked to speak to the manager when I called in again. The manager said that I had to go on the mobile app and ask for a refund, I am super pissed on the label, it said cream and they give it to me completely black
The manager is rude and unwelcoming in the morning. They are super slow to take care of walk up customers, and make customers feel like an annoyance to them. I avoid this Dunkin’s whenever possible.

Usually when I go here they are very slow and the staff acts like they have much better things to be doing then taking your order, but today I went through the drive thru and they screamed "Woo lets go Trump" through the speaker as I pulled up? It was the weirdest and most unprofessional thing I have probably ever experienced at a coffee shop. Regardless of political views it was so out of place and completely unwarranted. Safe to say I will not be returning to this location and I hope that management takes action to improve this store.
