I have been coming here about two years and the service has continued to get worse! It doesn’t matter how much in advance you order they make you wait online (drive through and in store for app orders, which defeats the purpose of preordering? They are always out of supplies and often do not even have tops for cups. Today was my last day attempting to order simply because it is near my work. Please get better managers who appropriately order stock and staff the location.

I have went here twice this week, not impressed. I bought a hot chocolate and they didnt even stir it up i had chunks of the powder in my drink, as well as the other day they charged me 50 cents for water. Do better.

Worst Dunkin Donuts in the area! I’ve been here twice within the past month. I thought the first time maybe they were just having a bad day. It took 20 mins to get an iced coffee, bagel & hashbrowns the first time. Got screamed at leaving the drive thru because they gave me the wrong bag. The second time it also took forever & I was given the wrong food again. Had to go back - took them 10 mins to remake a bagel.
The older woman in the shortsleeved grey shirt with the name tag on her hat working the register today…. One of the rudest and worst customer service persons I’ve met in a long time… Mr. Owner, for your sake don’t let her have any contact with customers… I said “Hi Mam, how are you?” Her response, “What do you want?” All downhill from there… she got my order wrong and blamed it on me. Foul person.

Worst dunkin donuts ever. First it took the girl at the register forever to get my order in because her nails were so long that she couldn't hit the buttons correctly. Then I had to wait 15mins for an ice coffee while people behind the counter just stood there looking at us with no sense of urgency. Won't go back
