Drive thru is supposed to be open at 4 am . Person inside lights off Friday Dec 27th not answering drive thru 15 minutes after supposed to be open... whoever is management here needs to address this.

Terrible experience. They have a group of young girls working screaming, swearing, and taking forever to complete orders. The owners should really review the cameras.

Lobby door had sign that the lobby closes at 7pm so I went through the drive thru to not be waited on for 5+ minutes. I saw two workers inside when I pulled up.

I don't eat here because the food is decidedly unhealthy. I do, on occasion get an iced green tea with honey. It's always a little bitter. So I know that the water is too hot when it's brewed. I can't drink their coffee since they changed it a number of years ago. It's too acidic and hurts my stomach.
Parking: The parking lot is small but people tend to come and go quickly.

Terrible experience at this location. They forgot to put carmel in my moms coffee, and when she asked them to the manager refused until other customers walked into the lobby.

I understand everything in the world is WAY overpriced, but this location in particular is ridiculous charging ~$1-$1.50 more than other locationsI rarely go to Dunkin Donuts cause the prices, and seeing the cost for it at this location only supports my decision to not go anytime in the future where spending for one person will easily be over $10Do yourself a favor, make your own food and coffee from home, this ain’t worth it.

Even with fixing the place and making new,they still have lousy service. Especially on Friday mid morning @ 1015 am Feb 16,2024. waiting for then to respond after 3 times saying hello to the intercom. Still no answer went to the window. Beep no answer clearly looking inside they where talking to each other when they came to the window they said you didnt speak to intercom. I said yes I did cause the driver behind came out cause i stood waiting and he contine to say i didnt stop at the intercome. Well i said can you take my order now he said no you have to go back to the driveway. Lack of customer service ethics.
