genuinely so rude. i was handed an iced chai latte with oat milk and after tasting it in the drive thru i waited to ask someone to add more chai because it tasted like straight up milk and nothing else (there was also literally no cars behind me so i wasn’t holding up anyone) and an employee that i see there everyday came to the window and said “have a good day” as if to tell me to leave like not even asking what i waited for. and then i asked for more syrup she said “we already put chai in it” like i asked for more hello?? is the chai coming out of ur own pocket like what is her problem everytime i see her she has the rudest face like genuinely ew she needs a vacation poor girl i feel bad for her if anything

The two girls working today were nothing short of rude and tried to tell us our $14 mobile order was somewhere else when it wasn’t and after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru line. It wasn’t until we walked inside and interrupted her talking about us instead that they “suddenly got the order”. If they need more staff or a different job they should call their boss not take it out on their customers.

Garbage service had 3 girls in there is stood there waiting to place order and no acknowledgement nothing just no mental awareness and caught up in what ever they had going on. Would definitely skip this one.

Usually I'm not a dunkin' donuts type of person but I got the best ever jelly donut with extra powder on it It was like having a piece of heaven so they still do have fresh donuts from time to time in the coffee was great too.

Employees need more training on how to service customers and prepare beverages. I ordered a small frozen mocha coffee on three different days, and it was consistently bad. Four pumps of mocha and one pump of coffee? Even when I specifically asked for the correct ratio today, January 30, 2025, at 3:30 a.m.—two pumps of coffee and one pump of mocha—it was done incorrectly, and when I asked to have it remade, they just added cream. It is unacceptable.
