So if I could leave no stars I would. I just got $20 worth of food there as we were in a hurry and had to get breakfast, asked for the brisket Scramble with extra cheese sauce and it had no cheese sauce and the eggs and hash browns were cold. Got a egg and cheese wake up wrap and the Egg was folded into it sideways and the cheese was burnt and the rap was so hard you could snap it in half! this is not the first second or third time I have gotten crappy food or the wrong order from this specific Dunkin' donuts. We will be avoiding this one at all costs from here on out

You won't find out until you get inside, but the order window is permanently closed. They're forcing everyone to do mobile orders only. I don't want to wait 10 to 15 minutes in the drive through or place my order on my phone, so I guess I'm not going to that Dunkin Donuts on my way to work anymore. I'll just get what I need at the convenience store part.

It's your typical DD's with meh coffee and stale donuts that were delivered from a central kitchen. The donuts haven't been fresh at any DD's that i've been to since they made them in store.

Over the last few months this location has been getting worse in all areas of service. Last week I ordered a coffee with cream and sweet n low. I received a black coffee with no sweetener.
There was a line of cars waiting to order and one employee was taking out one piece of trash. The trash bins had covers reverse so you can't empty trash into them.
I no longer stop at this location.

Funny how every time I want to order something, the machine or grill is closed for “cleaning maintenance”
We decided to stop here after leaving Great Wolf Lodge because we figured we would get better service here. Nope! We put in a mobile order and didn't arrive for 10 minutes. Yet, our food was not done correctly and they totally forgot to make our drinks. It ended up taking about 25 minutes from order to receiving our food. It's one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Dunkins.

Went in to get my usual order today and was greeted by a sour puss named Natasha. This women is incapable of being a manager and pretending to be one. She made both claims she was the store manager but really she’s a lowly assistant who is incapable of customer service and is incompetent when it comes to making the simplest drinks. Due to this God awful service I will no longer be visiting this location and be taking my business elsewhere until she’s removed from the location.
