The morning crew at this dunks is fantastic, always friendly, always perfect coffees. I def wanna shout out nichole , Shelby, Shawn, Josh, Ashley , ooh and my doll with the gorgeous pink/purple hair and I forget her name .. but anywho .. this team literally remembered my birthday as I causally mention it, mind you I don’t have a dunk app. My husband does. I walk out of that dunks with my belated birthday coffee .. they remembered … so many people in this world forget how amazing it feels just to be remembered. Thank you all for making my morning a little brighter.

This is the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to you wait 15 to 20 minutes for a coffee. The staff is irritated and non-friendly. I keep hearing that they’re short staffed but the question is why do they keep becoming shortstaffed? I live up the street and use it as a convenience, but it’s better off for me to go further the sit in line for 20 minutes for a coffee.
There was a DEAD FLY in my latte. I almost threw up when I felt it in my mouth. Absolutely DO NOT go here. I'm am DISGUSTED!!

The service is excellent — I’ve always been treated with kindness. I don’t usually buy coffee very often because I make my own at home. I prefer using a moka pot (greca), since it matches my taste for stronger coffee. But one day, I stopped at the Dunkin’ located at Exit 95, at the gas station off Route 2. Out of curiosity, I asked about the Pistachio Signature Latte, and I decided to try it.
This is the only Dunkin’ I’ve gone back to specifically for that coffee, because they actually understand what I want to drink. They get that I’m paying for flavor, not for watered-down coffee.
I’ve tried two or three other locations, but I haven’t had the pleasure of drinking an iced coffee made as well as they make it at this one.
Thank you to the team at this location for your kindness and consistency — you’ve made a loyal customer out of me. ☕🌟**
