Her Red Velvet and Funfetti are moist and well executed staples but that Maple Bacon and Carmel Apple?!
The Carmel Apple has a delicious apple filling that is in perfect ratio to the cupcake! And a caramel drizzle is the cherry on top.
Maple bacon... sweet.. savory.. absolutely perfectly balanced and it has become my new favorite. -A birdy also to me- It has won her an award!
On top of all that her brunch menu, cinnamon rolls and chicken and waffles? What more can I ask for? My friend got the waffle egg sandwich and almost ordered one for the road but the cinnamon roll topped her off.

Truly the most talented baker I’ve ever met. My first experience with Evie was a cake she baked 6 years ago that I still think about to this day. We had a birthday in the family this past week so I paid her a visit, and was so glad I did. Her cupcakes were so good that they were gone before I could even get a picture. I got a cheesecake cup that came with the cutest little shovel spoon. And the brownie bites were to die for. Can’t recommend her enough, truly the best out there!!

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday, and it turned out amazing! The cake was beautifully decorated and looked exactly like the picture I provided. It was a strawberry cake, and the flavor was perfect, sweet but not overwhelming. The cake was moist, and the icing was absolutely delicious. I would definitely order from them again!
