Unfortunately I have attended 2 venues in 10 days catered by Cormier, my overall experience and opinion of their offerings & service is despicable.First, after looking at their website to answer a slew of questions this is what I found:For 100 people they served: 3 trays of finger sands, tuna/chicken & egg, a small deli platter with assorted bread, potato, tossed & fruit salad. NO veg tray or chips! Charge: $15 pp1 pan of meatballs in sauce, not homemade!1 urn of coffee, approximately 3 pots worth Charge: $1.96ppThey sent one person to set up that arrived 15 mins after guests, the guests had to help carry food in & set up.Two hours later back to collect the dishes! Didn't leave the lids to trays or the trays, wanted them back to reuse. Dumped all the coffee. So all said and done this was an $1800 dollar total!!!They should be ashamed of themselves it wasn't good food and was only worth about $400 dollars! Nothing like taking advantage of people in need of a caterer on one of the worst days of their life!Go to your local grocery store you'll receive a much better deal and far more of it!

From the moment I ordered the 14 pans of food from the A La Carte menu until it was picked up I was completely satisfied with Cormier catering. My phone calls were promptly returned, things were clearly explained to me, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our food was hot and delicious. Had the chicken tenders and Mac and cheese Saturday, first time visiting Cormier Catering so I got two orders so I would have leftovers! Oh my, the portions were HUGE! Called my neighbor And offered her one and she accepted!
The chicken tenders were lightly battered and wonderful, the Mac and cheese satisfied my need for comfort food.

I was looking for someone for appetizers for my wedding, because my main caterer does not offer them, and L&J's will not do it because I did not hire them for my whole wedding. I was pretty disappointed. They also responded to my first quote request right away asking if I already had someone for my main meal and I said yes then they took a week to finally tell me they won't do it because I didn't hire them for everything.

Cormier Catering was fabulous! I had two guests with very difficult allergies to cater to at my wedding and they did wonderfully. Everybody loved the buffet we chose (the cornbread stuffed chicken was amazing!!) and everything came out hot and fresh. I would highly recommend Cormier Catering

We booked Cormier Catering for our wedding in late July in Sterling, MA.Where do I even start? Liz and Joe (the owners) were unbelievably wonderful throughout the entire process. We first met up with them about a year before our date, and we walked through their pricing, and menu options. For my wife and I, keeping track of which caterers provide which services, etc was daunting. Liz and Joe made it so easy. They have a fairly large menu of food options as well as services.We decided to go with an upscale barbecue menu based on what we tasted of their food at a wedding expo. Our wedding was laid back, and social, and we wanted the food to reflect that, so barbecue it was. So let’s go in order:Cocktail Hour: We had Cormier provide snacks for our guests during cocktail hour which consisted of the cheese board with crackers, vegetable crudites, and fruit platter. The cheese platter was exceptional.For dinner, we had buffet style barbecue: The barbecue chicken was phenomenal. It’s probably the best barbecue chicken I’ve had all summer which includes trips to Nashville and the Carolinas. We also had the boneless sirloin steak strip, which was equally terrific. I think the all-star of the day was the homemade mac & cheese. It was the best mac & cheese I’ve ever had. I got no less than 25 comments on the mac & cheese. It was a huge hit. The roasted vegetables were very good as well. I was very surprised by the beans. I’m not usually a baked beans guy because it all tends to taste the same to me, but theirs were packed with flavor. It was really good. They were even able to make us homemade cornbread, which, you guessed it, was phenomenal. We also had potato salad, and this was a nice touch...because my wife hates eggs, Liz and Joe made her a special single portion of potato salad without egg.Aside from the food being amazing, their service was top-notch. We had some trouble with our rental company, and it seemed like we might be in trouble as far as linens, plates, glassware, etc, all at the last minute. Liz and Joe worked with us to get a contingency plan in place and if the worst happened, they would be there with everything we’d need. They were instrumental in putting this plan together, and honestly they took a huge amount of stress off of us by helping in this fashion. They also helped us set up the room by setting up the tables and place settings, which the rental company would not do for us.And finally, before the buffet was open to our guests, we were provided with a plate each with a little bit of everything on the menu so while other folks were getting their meals, we were almost done eating. I hear that the bride and groom sometimes have trouble finding time to eat at their own weddings. We did not have that problem.Do yourself a huge favor, and book Cormier for your wedding or event. They really have exceptional service. You’ll never have to worry about them, and your guests will be blown away by the food. In fact, as I mentioned, our wedding was a social one and took place mostly outside after dinner - and as the Cormier truck left the facility, the guests gave them a round of applause and cheers.
