My aunt and I were supposed to go somewhere else but they were not able to take us. We have been here for family special parties, which have been mezzo, but not for lunch. Menu had decent options. I chose the haddock sandwich special with Chipotle slaw and Cajun fries. The fish portion was so small that when I cut it, half the bread had not fish. The slaw was bland and didn't have any Chipotle season. It was dry so I asked for tartar sauce but it didn't help much. The fries were generous and was well seasoned a little too much so it wad on the salty side. My aunt had the caesar BLT wrap with grilled chicken. The caesar dressing was nice but it was overall crumbly. She rather enjoyed it though. The bar was full on a Friday so it was loud and a little hard to hold a conversation. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, stopping by several times but never noticed that my water was empty until I finally asked for more. I really needed it after the salty fries. Was really surprised that lunch was not on par as the food at the parties. Likely wouldn't come back unless invited to a party for the company more so than the food.
It's our first time here although it's been here for a long time. I had a Hieniken in a frozen frosty glass... A Strip Steak with garlic mashed potato and mixed vegetables. It was a great steak and cooked a perfect medium rare. My friend has a burger and he loved it. Service was great, prices were also great. This is worth the trip.
