I just ordered a cheese breads with an additional extra sauce for an extra charge of course. I don't know if they have a shortage of sauces. The sauces cups are now half way and more expensive...this is ridiculous. When I tried the cheese breads it taste like they were idle in the oven since they open the store. On top of that the lady in the front looks like she hated the humanity. If you as a company want to give to your customer less for more ...good luck.. as a company you will pay the price. Nowadays ever fast food is trying to rip off customers.

I'm shocked at the rudeness. Just called, well before "closing time" and the first thing the lady on the phone says is "We're closed!". Well then why did you answer? Why does your website and door say 9:00pm closing? Rude employees. I wouldn't call 10 or even 30 min before closing time because I am a considerate person.

Last night I go in with my daughter , I told them I have split payment . I have cash and wanna use my card , she charges the cash I was gunna use on my card so I wait for my order it wasn’t even processed cause I had to pay more , I explain to the lady you charged my card and have my cash , she is telling me “I didn’t charge you anything “ I’m showing the transaction on my end , she’s like well I don’t know you gotta pay . Mind you in that location you can see everything in front of you, when she charged me she went straight to the back , grabbed the dough cut it , went to other boxes then grabbed an order . And then came to me and handled money . She did not wash her hands at all , at this point I’m aggravated I’m telling her , so you are tryna take my money and not wash your hands , she’s like oh I washed my hands get out. Mam no u did not I watched you X I let my husband take over it was a horrible experience especially with a 6 year old hungry .

The bigger lady that works there is rude as hell - she has the personality of a tampon. I went inside to order and I said one thing I wanted and she didn’t even ask “Will that be all?” She just assumed & said the total and I was like well we’re also going to get something else.There are also kids in the kitchen playing around and yelling.. didn’t know they had a daycare in the back of a pizza place.Worst customer service ever.

I ordered a one pizza received a different pizza asked for my difference back for what I payed for compared to what I received and they straight up told me no. Wouldn't let me speak to a manager after asking if I wanted to speak to one..

Owner wanted to charge me twice for a pizza I never got.I ordered through the app and got instant notification that my card was charged and my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived about 5 minutes early and was asked what my name was, so I told them I was Hamilton and my order was 717. They checked and said my order was in the oven. 5 minutes later they brought out a pizza for Peter. They asked again for my name and order number. I gave them my name, order number, and showed them the app on my phone. They said it would be 10 minutes, which wasn't great, but oh well.10 minutes later they were talking to the owner on the phone and decided that I would need to pay for the pizza a second time. Again, I showed them my confirmation, but the owner insisted that if something went wrong with Little Caesar's app and the charge didn't really go through, he would be liable for the $12, so he needed me to pay a second time, "and I would have the legal right to call corporate and get my $12 back when I was charged twice."WHAT?!?!? I'm now 20 minutes past when my pizza was supposed to be ready, a hot pizza is now sitting on the counter being held hostage until I make a second payment, and the owner's only concern is that an error by Little Caesar might end up giving a long-time customer a free pizza- maybe.I did not get the pizza because I refused to pay a second time, and now I have to dispute the charge on my credit card and/or call corporate, over a stupid $12 pizza.I won't be returning to this particular franchise.Franchise owners- if there's an issue between you and corporate, take care of it yourself, don't make your customers have to fix your issues for you.

Preordered a delivery 2 hours in advance included a 25% tip for the driver. Only one of 2 pizzas showed up and it wasn’t even the correct pizza. Can’t get anybody on the phone to try an resolve the issue. Now I’m out almost $40. Will not eat from there again.

Worst customer service and food EVER! Received pizza not fully cooked, refused refund and refused to remake my pizza! Don't bother trying to call corporate, file a complaint with the BBB. better yet abound them all together!

used the app to order. was fine. sent my husband down to grab the food, when he walked in the worker behind the counter was on his phone, told by husband to wait, then after 5 minutes gave him the order and he drove all the way home and the order was wrong. so I called, a guy picks up the phone and doesn't even listen to me, then starts speaking Spanish to someone else in the back ground then she gets on the phone and was like "What happened?" in a really rude tone I explained everything AGAIN, then I let her know we were bringing back the wrong food and would like the correct food, she said "yeah... we'll see what we could do" and hung up on me. I'm so all set.

This Little Caesar's (LC) absolutely sucks. I ordered the New Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni Pizza, Crazy Bread, and two dipping sauces. The app was very easy to use which was great. I got all the notifications as the app said I'd get; including the final one with the Pizza Portal info. I went to the store, punched in my code, and got the order. The "Pizza Portal" is an amazing experience; other places should implement something similar. The pizza was beyond gross swimming in grease with pepperonis acting as grease holders. I get it, pepperoni pizzas are usually greasy but this was basically grease gone wild. The left half of the pie was drowning in about 1/4 of an inch (6mm) of cheese and sparse pepperoni, the right half was the polar opposite. Sauce seemed to be haphazardly splattered across the entire pizza. Crispy, caramelized crust at the edge? Far from it. The crust was more flaccid than an adult film star without a blue pill. I had two "slices" and I put that in quotes because the pizza was barely cut into slices. The breadsticks were cold, tasteless, and even dipping them in the Buffalo Ranch and Garlic sauces couldn't save them. I had never been so repulsed in my life. I know LC has a reputation of being bad, but this LC doesn't even strive for bad. Given the amount of pizza places in the area, you can get much better pizza at or around the price of the slop at this LC. How it stays in business is beyond comprehension.

Absolutely the worst experience EVER. I used to love little ceasers but had not been in awhile. Son picked up 3 pizzas and 2 wings. The pizza was not quite cooked dough. Called the restaurant employee said she only spoke al little English. ‍ I finally explained what was wrong and she told me to call back. I did and was told I had to bring the pizzas back to get my refund. (5pm raining +20 straight drive=NIGHTMARE) but I did go back with the pizzas. At this point I just wanted a refund. The smug asst. Manager and video called her manager showing her the pizza. Manager was telling in Spanish, asst manager was talking in Spanish, finally she hung up looked at me and said "that's the bread for the pizza you're not getting your money back." I said fine remake the 3 pizzas" she again said "no that's not the pizza she gave you" ??? Excuse me did I take it home and uncooked it!? She said "no there are 3 pieces missing" (now there were 4 of us having the pizza) I said yes we all took a piece and threw it away. She proceeded to give me her smug smile, talking in Spanish to her employees, said no your not getting it. I said "so I just gave you 45.49 for a 5pc wing? Her smug ride answer? " Yes and you have a nice day" I have called corporate l 3 times who only tell me I have to wait for a call back from the franchisee! DO NOT EAT HERE! They will literally ROB you! Next step is a lawsuit!

Ordered for the first time today, got my notifications that my food was ready and when I walked in the girl told me, “we can’t find your pizza it’ll be 9 more minutes to cook another one”. I was offered nothing for my extra wait time for them “losing” my pizza, and didn’t get out of there until 30mins after I was supposed to pick up.

If you need to clean out your colon forget the laxative,just order pizza from here .if I could give it no stars I would . Wife an kids all have been getting sick threw out the night . Won't be getting food from there again.
