so convenient, but so bad. The service was fine and the people were nice - but the food was better in my school cafeteria. 3 adults 2 kids dinner (5 drinks) - $200 after tip 3 adults 2 kids breakfast - $100 after tip $300 for nobody to really eat anything, and people to be complaining they are hungry all day. Order a pizza

The lodge experience was awesome. The service everywhere, including the restaurant was great, the food was terrible. We went for breakfast and options were slim, temperatures in the buffet were off, and the restaurant did not smell good. Again, staff could not have been more helpful and lovely. Stay and have fun at GWL. Dine somewhere else.

My kids and I decided to try this restaurant for dinner. Sadly, it was a disappointing experience. We were seated before another family but our waitress took their drink order before ours, and this was after waiting for at least 10 minutes for her to greet both tables and begin taking those orders. I ended up ordering a beer based on the waitress recommendation, which ended up taking a long time to arrive, and the style of beer she recommended wasn't close to what she had originally described it as. The food was decent but certainly wasn't worth the price. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for dinner. You're not getting the value you're paying for, and having to wait 10 minutes for a waitress to take a drink order at a buffet restaurant is ridiculous.

Paid over $100 for the dinner buffet for three adults and one child. The menu sounded delicious but the food was disgusting. The taco bar and Mac & cheese looked like something I made at home and then left on the counter for 4 hours. (We dined an hour after the buffet began, so the food shouldn’t have looked so old/dried out). The fried chicken was lukewarm and tasted like TV dinner chicken after it had been left out for 20 minutes. Mashed potatoes were gluey. I was afraid to try the clam chowder because it looked so old and questionable. The loaded potato salad had all the right fixings - cheese, sour cream, bacon - but the potatoes were nearly raw. After all this, I was still hopeful for the desserts. Unfortunately the ā€œchocolate mousseā€ and jello looked and tasted like hospital portions, and the cheesecake looked and tasted like it just was bought at the local grocery store and served directly from the box. I left the restaurant with the urge to warn everyone in line to go somewhere else for dinner. The Dunkin’ Donuts here makes a great grilled cheese.

The pictures on the website made me so hopeful for this restaurant. Locally sourced food and steaks. It gave me something to look forward to after a crowded, noisy family outing to the water park, the idea that I might have a nice meal at the end. Oh, how we were fooled. There is nothing locally sourced or even homemade here. Our $30 filet dinner came with boxed and rehydrates potatoes and carrots so undercooked that mine went flying across the room when I tried to cut them. Earlier, we tried the spinach and artichoke dip appetizer, which was so bland we had to add copious amounts of salt and pepper to make it edible. Great Wolf Lodge has an opportunity to create a much better experience for families who shell out significant money for a single night stay at their self contained resort. Somehow, I don’t think they care to take it. Bring your own food and use the microwave in the room. Trust me, it will be better than this place.

Breakfast buffet on Tuesday am was awesome; fewer items presented on Wed am. However, food was fresh-tasting and many items clearly homemade. Wait staff excellent and very kid-tolerant. Dinner choices provided something for everyone.

The food is quite tasty for an Amusement area. The staff is very kind & efficient. We love to meet up @ this Great Wolf Location. My Daughter & Grand Daughters live in Canada now. Grand Mother/ Me..lived by the Southern California Location- BUT I love this Massachusetts location.

We ate here for 1 dinner buffet 1 breakfast buffet and one dinner off of the menu. Dinner buffet: was DISGUSTING! Great food choices executed terribly. Food was cold, had been out forever. This buffet needs serious help. Breakfast buffet: Was way better than dinner. Great choices, warm good food. Would come back for this only. Dinner menu: I ordered a fried chicken sandwich. It was burnt, the coating completely black. I'm surprised they would even try to serve it. Our waitress brought me a new one but by then I wasn't very hungry anymore. My son hated his meatballs and pasta saying it tasted like cat food. Management came over and took both meals off of the bill which was great. Next time we stay at the Great Wolf Lodge we wont be buying the meal plan and leave for building for other food.

We ate here during our stay for breakfast buffet and dinner. Both experiences the food was just ok. Nothing to write home about. Food could be much better if they put more effort into it. My quesadilla was ok but my husband did not like his chicken and waffles at all. Worst he had was his comment.

We ordered from the menu and the buffet. We were not disappointed! Lots of food and great prices. The while family enjoyed it!

This is the main restaurant at Great Wolf Lodge. It serves B,L and D - all buffet style. The food is average to less than average and is always crowded and busy. And pricey for the quality of the food. 2 adults and 1 child cost over $80 for dinner....I think that is too much for this type of "dining".
