We are visiting Fitchburg at Great Wolf Lodge for the next couple of days and looked for a family owned small business restaurant and found the perfect one! Makario's Kitchen was absolutely amazing! Our 4 kids were with us, and they shared the cheese pizza and mozzarella sticks, which my husband and I got a bite of and those were really delicious. But the real winners were the Lamb Shawarma and Chicken Kabob Rice plates. They were absolutely to die for and we will definitely be going back to this restaurant before heading home in a couple days. Mina was a top-notch worker as well. He was so kind and suggested some amazing dishes for us to have. So glad we chose Makario's!

Ordered Falafel wrap which comes with Falafel, Lettuce, white sauce. Delicious, but I would have liked even more, if it came with more condiments like pickles, tomatoes, picked trunips/beets etc.,

One of the best pizza I ever had, so delicious. I had a chicken shawarma pizza and is was phenomenal. The customer service was great as well. I was indecisive about a dish so I get to try the shawarma before making my final choice. 100% recommended. The only bad thing is that I don’t live close so I can go often.

They've never done me wrong. Better food than campus, for a comparable price. And today I got my shawarma in legit a minute, same quality as every other time. Their claim of "best food in fitchburg" is uncontested.

Highly Recommend. I have celiac(no gluten) and I have been getting the gluten-free pizza here for a couple of years and have loved it! The food is comfortable, delicious, and filling. I have ordered from there more times than I'd like to admit, and I have never had an order wrong or missing. The owner is wonderful and always has a great attitude. The storefront has had a lot of bad luck, in the form of drunks and university students, but they have always bounced back.
