Marty'z Roadside Kitchen and Eatery is a gem located at 76 Summer Street in Fitchburg, serving authentic Mexican street tacos, tostadas, and traditional fare. This eatery offers fresh-made, homemade Mexican cooking that's a far cry from typical fast-food chains. The menu features delicious options like marinated chicken on warmed corn tortillas with onion, cilantro, and Cholula hot sauce. Birria tacos and birria pizza are highly recommended. This take-out spot has picnic tables and provides Door Dash delivery. Customers should be prepared for a short wait as everything is made to order, but the wait is worth it. With plenty of off-street parking, Marty'z is an awesome new eatery that's not to be missed. The owner, Kyle, is a talented one-man show who provides excellent customer service. The food is known for being authentic and outstanding, with some of the best tacos around. There is also a hand washing station and porta pottie available, making it a convenient stop. The outdoor seating is kid-friendly, and the level ground with slight incline offers wheelchair accessibility.
