Terrible today. Did a drive threw. Pulled up to position 2 in a wait. Customer's in position 1 and 3 got theirs. McDonalds server had to ask me for my receipt because he didn't know what my order was.

worst customer service, i asked for a large fries on the side and thid fat white man said i did not order it, and i asked for lettuce tomatoes and mayo on my sandwitch and all i got was thr chicken and bread... will never come here ever again. oh and i asked for a caramel frappe and he gave me the worst attitude saying "we dont have any" in the worst tone ever. the manager there needs to train they employees on how to treat their customers right.

It's a local stop that I dont visit regularly but when I do it's a 4.8 out of 5. The cold fries are not their fault when its 5 degrees outside. Those fries get cold quick do not be disappointed its commonsense they get cold quicker than when visiting in the summer months.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes handicap access closest to the door. If only more places followed that commonsense practices.

We placed our order at the kiosk, we then sat and proceeded to wait 30 minutes for our food. Upon asking the manager, they made up an excuse that the guy was working alone. The entire service isle was more focused on socializing than on their jobs. Our food was cold and rubbery. As a servsafe holder this establishment has failed their city.
